I've had someone very similar harass for years, and moving account and blocking doesn't help much. People that fucking obsessed are impossible to outrun and you just have to learn to sit and deal with it. These are the kind of people who make a list of who you're following /your followers, keep tabs on your friends and such just to figure out where you might pop up next. Removing your galleries, rebranding and such will fuck up your reach and much of your audience will get tired of trying to keep track. There's no real win, and it feels like their actual goal sometimes is to pester you enough that you quit being public with your work.
