Not Scuttle, but that translation seems to be mostly accurate based on what I've heard Axia fans say. Basically he was getting antis and as a result he himself requested for a hiatus. The word "suspension" I think throws some people off because usually that is a punishment. In this case I think it's just there because the company agreed to suspend activities that he had signed on to participate in as well as his membership, on his request.

The rrat is that this harassment comes from rumors that he and Himawari Honma are dating. Which seems to be mostly based on them playing video games together off stream. So yeah, vtuber fans being dumb once more, though if true then the unicorns here seem to be more coming from the guy's side (or Hima is just better at ignoring antis).

As has been mentioned before, Axia's design and personality leads to some fans kinda really babying him, so to speak. Wouldn't be surprised if those people are also unicorns.

Quasi-related, but as I mentioned a few days ago when talking about gender dynamics in Nijisanji, the more "close" one between guys and girls in EN and ex-ID isn't quite so prevalent in JP. So Niji probably has unicorns than people who only know the company through EN would believe. Rindou Mikoto was dislike bombed heavily due to rumors that she and Kuzuha were dating a while ago (back in 2021 iirc). Kuzuha was also dislike bombed but was less impacted by it due to the size of his fanbase. Both pulled through that by basically ignoring it, but still. Stuff like GunKan is the exception, not the norm.

Is it just me or are these shorter Pippa streams more enjoyable? I like the longer version for Lisa bullying or interviews, but for solo Pippa it feels nice to have a more condensed run.

And I do hope we get a Pippa yoga arc, I don't think many people realize that yoga is kind of hard if you're not cheating on the forms.

Yeah, it's really nice being able to get my daily dose of Pippa without having to commit three hours, and having to stay awake until like 6:30 AM.

I missed most of the stream today but I would agree that her doing a 1.5-2 hour stream is better than 4-5 like she sometimes does. I don't mind longer when there is a collab but solo she sometimes tends to ramble a bit.

I think it also gets her to do more topic streams instead of just gameplay. I can often times skip the generic gameplay stuff and just watch clips, and that's not really a Pippa issue, that's just me not being into gameplay streams.

I think it's more of a general issue in the space. Streaming requires you to fill time sometimes, and the problem is the filler streams have so much competition from things like topic streams that I think it's an issue with the industry at large. If anything it's better to do topic streams for a couple hours and then do a second half of filler for a smaller audience than do one or other strictly for the entire duration. There's probably a way to format this more intelligently within the industry to create a better product.
