Andy's latest venture. Advertising itself a sort of elite masterclass, that anyone can use to get rich.

It is essentially a handful of Discord servers that costs $50 a month to join, with "professors" who will teach you skills such as gambling on stocks, camwhoring, being a deliveryman or writing advertisements. The last one is particularly important. Hustler's University is, in essence, a pyramid scheme as users can earn money by referring others.

So what is the War Room actually like? Tate has a tendency to ban people who don't comply with him, so it's probably hard to get an inside view. Tate is not joking when he thinks he runs the Illuminati, because he does more or less have a cult. I'm not planning to give this imbecile money, but fortunately we have an interview with a member. It's equal parts lulzy and sad.

Tales of Wudan
Andy LARPs as an indescript Chinese-Japanese monk of some sort in his "Free E-book". It's more like a pamphlet crossed with a newsletter. Here's the first two entries.

Me and @Blatant hypocrite have intended to make a thread on him, so here goes

Webcams
Most of what we know about Andy's webcam business comes from his own mouth, as he shamelessly brags about it in various podcasts.

In the podcast above, starting at about 1:05:40, he says a number of things about it. Namely:
  • He started off by flying five of his "girlfriends" to work for him. They were not informed about the business until they arrived. Only two accepted. (1:06:30)
  • He would apparently give them ridiculous working hours (1:08:30)
  • Typically he takes a 50% cut, but if a woman starts a "relationship" with Andy, he takes 100% of their earnings. (1:16:50) He justifies this as that they wouldn't know how to manage their money anyway (1:17:37)
  • He goes at length about the process of scamming men, from about (1:08:50)
In another video, he says someone called the (British) police after he "fired" her on an impulse (throwing her out of the house, throwing her stuff out the window, and taking her last paycheck).

This video, allegedly taken from Hustlers' University, his "online school" teaches men on how to set up a webcam business similar to his own.

More trouble with women
Mr Tate's record of exploiting and abusing women doesn't end with his webcam business.

In 2016 he was kicked off Big Brother for assault allegations, where he was beating a woman with a belt. He claims it was "pure game", however.

It was reported in a Romanian newspaper that he was arrested (by the Romanian police) for alleged trafficking, although it is unknown whether this has to do with the webcam business.

He also claims to have moved to Romania as its easier to get away with rape there, in a tweet that was deleted, and on an account that was suspended. I was unable to find a better source than this. I wish to apologize for that.

He has also made the infamous claims that:

The claim his dad worked for the CIA is inconsistent with the fact he grew up poor. Then again, maybe his father wasn't supporting the family when they separated. Sometimes "working for the CIA" isn't as glamorous as it sounds. Based on descriptions of him it seems Tate II was some sort of savant and possessed a great talent for learning languages, which is probably what he was recruited for, as an analyst.
Tate was very secretive of his work in the Air Force, but was said to have worked in some intelligence functions and spoke fluent Russian.

Mikhaila is pretty lulzy, if I say so myself. She's part of the carnivore community (which is, in turn, also pretty lulzy, if I say so myself), which she has put her own spin on with the so-called "lion diet"; an orbiter of Jordan Peterson and proponent for his philosophy; and has her subscription service, The Lion's Lair. Last I was following her she was also a covid truther.

A notable part of Tate's modus operandi appears to be to target a very low-IQ audience. Now this is obviously partly to do with the fact that he has a large Black and underage audience, but it's still sometimes shocking to see how stupid the people he talks to are. This is true of that "Full Send" interview, of Fresh & Fit or of this most recent one his brother Tristan did.

this guy has been getting brought up alot lately. he just comes off as another "alpha" male poser trying to sell you his work plan or workout routine.

the amount of hate he gets from women is rather strange. it feels like all women-kind decided to hate on him just because he has been treading on tik tok as of late and "promotes" the sigma-male grindset

than there is the human-trafficking's stuff that may or may not be true. im sure people will forget about him after a month or so.

Andrew Tate is really nothing new in terms of a phenomena. He's just the latest model in the "red pill" male models that comes after the late Kevin Samuels and Fresh and Fit, and many more before them. Honorary mention Jack Murphy and we all know how alpha male he was.

What his existence proves is that men are truly incredibly naïve. They are willing to be scammed by MLM over and over just to become the alpha male, but if a woman doesn't go out with them or breaks up with them, they have way worse things to say.

I'll add to this: Andy's business plans are really nothing special, as far as organized crime goes.
  • Sexually exploit a bunch of women
  • Runs a "special club" that promises to help its members in exchange for loyalty
  • Casinos
  • Threaten people who cause trouble for him
He even has the tattoos and the cigars and the violence and the booze. He tries to be as "manly" as possible. He blows a good chunk of his money on fast cars and girls. He dislikes entering into formal contracts, instead maintaining groups of "friends".

The difference between him and a mob boss is that he's willing to powerlevel on the internet, and hasn't yet been thrown in jail for it.

This reminds me of an old personal lolcow of mine in the SEO industry.

To sell their course, they would claim that they actually made all their money in the trashiest ways possible (misleading or invasive ads/email spamming in that case), and that's why everybody was hating on their claims and methods. "It's not that they are selling a fake dream/a pyramidal affiliate program, it's just that the most respectable people in the industry do not know about it and how profitable it can be". All of this is obviously impossible to verify, because it's shady anyway.

It's basically a way to put yourself on the sideline of a broader industry and claim that you found gold in the garbage that nobody else wanted to touch. Anybody who criticize you must know of your specific niche to be credible. Add to that a very low barrier of entry and you've got tons of people at your door.

To be fair though, Tate's price point is super low compared to others in the space. I don't know the ins and out of the courses, but it seems that they deviate from the usual suspects in that they do not try to heavily burden the mark financially from the get go. Instead, it seems to be more like an acceptable loss type of thing.

Most of these scams are extremely expensive to begin with, comport numerous upsells and manipulate people to a very high degree. This is all achieved to ensure that the sunken cost fallacy is at its peak and that the mark has now no chance to get their money back unless they promote the scam through "affiliate marketing". With the user pool he has and considering the entry price, I don't see this achievable at the same degree.

I saw some interview of the guy, and I do think he is somewhat clever with his grift. Instead of competing with the Dan Locks of the world, he aims for a different segment of the market. This low price point is probably great for him because volume is high and expectations are somewhat low. It's also an easy grift given the philosophy of life he preaches, because if you don't succeed, it will only be on you. You get back what you put in.

That being said. For every somewhat clever or self aware statement he makes, he seems to feel the need to spew complete nonsense. Which, in turn, works in his favor when it comes to social media engagement. I never even heard of the guy before a few months back, and now he seems to be on everybody's channel or podcast. He sounds retarded to me now, but I am not so sure about what my 15 year old self would have thought.

On another note. Although a long time lurker, I am a new friend, can someone explain why I can quote some users but others not ?

The War Room predates HU, because he took people from The War Room to be HU's "professors".

The cost serves two purposes: One, to make it expensive to spy on him. Two, to give people sunk cost fallacy. Once someone has paid the amount, they want to get the most of it. It's difficult to spy on him because that thing has multiple layers, which evidently you can only enter by "proving" yourself.

In the Full Send podcast he says there's "tasks, tests, things you must do to keep your place or you're booted". This is why it resembles the mafia, or a cult (Scientology: Pay money and do tasks to get more "knowledge"). Rather than straightforwardly getting people to refer others, that's simply one of many ways to extract value from them.

If you think about it from that perspective, HU is cheaper because it's a way to funnel people to The War Room.
