I was amazed when I found out they just.. flattened them down. Seems like a really shit idea. You’d think you would at least compress them in place, flat to the chest rather than allow them to drop?

It’s only the real fatties who I’ve seen with the droppers, so maybe they camouflage them in with the gut.. or maybe all troons start off trying to push them in place, and being compressed all the time causes the droop anyway?

Edit: also this is why we need limits on "trans healthcare", especially for minors in healthcare systems. The rate of chronic lifelong severe complications and the fact that they are lifelong patients is just not financially sustainable in the short or long-run, no matter what type of system. The best type of limit would be to prevent it entirely...

In the extremely short term this may be true, but as they keep costing the system more than they're making it and dying at early ages, that will change. Florida already killed off Medicaid support for this stuff for several reasons, but a large part of it is that they have so many old people that their system can't sustain an expanding population of people with severe disease and complications, especially when that's entirely preventable.
