I am trying to be nice to James, but at best he is showing his provincialism. I am sure he's been on small hikes in Jersey and he probably thought that any hike for filming sites must be easy (after all they were able to get cameras up there!) , probably being ignorant of the existence of actual hiking gear. Seeing him trying to use those branches as hiking poles is just pitiful, there is no way those are helping him grip or distribute his weight.

AVGN's older videos aren't too funy but they're entertaining and wholesome. His best episodes were from 2011-2015 for me, stuff like Dark Castle, Atari Sports, Big Rigs, and Tiger Electronics were great.
