Yeah he was absolutely right, he just forgot to mention that getting into hololive (or nijisanji) is not easy in itself.Despite Connor's wording, he was absolutely right. You get into a company similar to Hololive, and you're pretty much guaranteed to have a following until you stop being in the internet
Most of the "lol famirry" shit came from Silver mentioning how her brother and Mother have their own vtuber thing.Edit: I see where Silvervale is coming from but I'm going to nitpick a bit:
"relationship and you can talk about yourself and your parents"
So I guess Silver doesn't bother to watch Hololive or Hololive clips if she's saying stuff like this considering the Holo girls brought their mothers, sisters, and in IRyS' case her entire family on stream before.
The older the better. Hag love.Joke's on you, many of these women are 25 or older
I would love to see this. Into The Breach is a great game but RNG can sometimes fuck you over. His autism for FTL is endearing, explaining high levels strategies, i fear for the day he stream into the breach
Getting into Harvard is easy. Staying in might be the harder part. Also getting in is not technically "hard" either considering how some people have entered with little to no following. The problem is that it might take a ton of luck because of how many people apply. Mika Melatika (Niji) got in and she had a <300 subscribed account. Something people dont often talk about is projection and how you market yourself. First impressions are very important. Chances are that the people that got selected not only are very talented but they also possibly nailed their audition video. I would assume that others that are possibly more talented possibly fucked up their auditions.Yeah he was absolutely right, he just forgot to mention that getting into hololive (or nijisanji) is not easy in itself.
It's like saying "OH WELL, if you get into harvard then you are pretty much guaranteed a good job!" well no shit sherlock, but getting into harvand ain't the easiest thing.
INB4 "but muh nepotism!" yeah so what? It has been unconfirmed to happen in both corpos, so leave your tribal shit at the door.
Also can we please stop interacting with the fucking tourist, let him tard out all he wants.
Report the attention whore and move on.All these drivebys as of recent.
You can get into Hololive with no prior following whatsoever however you have to have other aspects and talents that can qualify you instead. Kobo is the prime example of this since she had 0 online presence prior.Getting into Harvard is easy. Staying in might be the harder part. Miko is technically allied to Kaela.Since things started to get a bit spicy in Rust, and I had time to kill, and I'm kinda autistic like that, I made the following. (big picture ahead)

(don't expect this to be a regular thing tho)
FTL's an interesting game plot-wise because you actually play as a member of the giant space federation government's military and the "bad guys" you're on the run from are rebels - an inversion of the usual space adventure tropes. He fucking loves this game

Astel is fully on board too when his ingame character killed an invader

To be fair, it didn't seem good to go for the report every time someone pulls the bait out, since it seemed overly sensitive and kinda retarded to go "mister police they called me a no-no again and it hurts my feelings". Will do on the profile thing though, thanks for the heads-up.I deleted 4 posts telling people not to reply and the 3 actual off-topic posts had 1 report between the three of them.
It made sense for Pippa/the rabbit because at least the Ralph responded and it was funny, but yeah, I can see it getting annoying every time someone shills a content creator there for saying something as brave and original as "woah Chris-chan cringe?".Also, preemptive note about seeing vtubers advertised in on-topic threads because kawaiichansugoi talked about the topic on stream. If it becomes a trend of vtubers trying to broaden their audience by talking about lolcows, I'm going to ask they not be advertised.
I mean, in the case of Chris at least, there's an entire thread for people on youtube talking about him. That being said, I think it's kinda dumb to try and ban ontopic discussion of vtubers elsewhere on the site just because it makes people get uncomfortable because durr anime pedos. To be fair, it didn't seem good to go for the report every time someone pulls the bait out, since it seemed overly sensitive and kinda retarded to go "mister police they called me a no-no again and it hurts my feelings". Man I miss her old model. The newer ones fit her personality better, but the original "pouty" look is very nice and unique. Also it's a bit nostalgic because it's the one she used in the first clip I saw of her (you know the one, "~niggaa~").Miko's old voice is just weird
Also, just don't go looking for that stuff? You just had a successful stream at an less then ideal hour for like half the English fan base.I can't help but feel like tweets like this will have the opposite effect for Namie, acknowledging the rrats just makes people more curious about what actually went down. I think it would be better if she just ignored them rather than vaguepost.
Man, talk about calling that time frame wrong. I gave zero fucks that she didn't put out any member content for six months; she was streaming, her stream times were steadily climbing, had a fun birthday stream with a good song, it felt like Sana was moving forward the best way she could. I guess ultimately, she did.even before the graduation announcement the collab with IRyS for designing mascots and Ina Tanabata got some people even here to come around on her a bit.
I had to leave before he got a second laser and won’t be able to get back to the vod for several hours to see it in action, but doesn’t the semi-random angle of attack take care of that? (Depending on where in the screen the shots come from, they’d have different distances to travel.)EDIT: Although he shouldn't be firing his lasers concurrently… If two lasers fired at the same time hit the shield or a room at the same time, it will still only count as one point of damage to the target. The other shot is wasted. Kinda surprised that he seems pretty competent at this game but hasn't realized that yet.
