No. He has nothing. He said on a July 25th 2020 stream he that "everything I have Is what everyone knew." Stuff he would reveal will not effect anything. Funi will still run the anime scene, my hopes on vic doing the studio & conventions are slim to none because an actual verdict has came out

The sad part is, if I remember, Vic actually attended Ty's daughter's wedding. That's how much Vic liked and trust Ty.

I'll laugh at Ty, but fuck, I feel bad that it's at Gay Pants Man's expense.

I'm glad I've barely been invested in this shit anymore. It's not like things are going to change much for Vic since he already lost the case to begin with yet still gets all these invites and that anime studio. That long wait was a blessing in disguise, really.

I like how the Appeals Court seems to telling Vic to sue Ty given they're implying that Vic had good evidence that was inadmissible due to errors from his lawyers. My guess is Ty wasn't billing Vic much to begin with and Vic is okay with that, because Vic has him dead to rights for legal malpractice and we could have funny evidence like Nick Rekieta streams of Ty getting utterly hammered while talking about how great of a lawyer he is.

Wouldn't work since Sabat and Schemmel already thought he was gay.

Well, about that.
Given how bloated this thread has become and how certain aspects have changed since its inception, I was planning to close this thread and create a new one in case two things happened:
1. AM Studios launched new titles (along with a means to distribute them to customers) and they either succeeded or failed.
2. The Second Court of Appeals made their ruling.
The latter happened.
I asked @mindlessobserver not too long ago if he wanted to create a new OP for it, but he declined.
I want to do it myself, but I'll wait a bit.

Needs a Part 2, for sure. Not that I expect much will happen except months of KV gloating.
