I'm glad I've barely been invested in this shit anymore. It's not like things are going to change much for Vic since he already lost the case to begin with yet still gets all these invites and that anime studio. That long wait was a blessing in disguise, really.
That's what matters, I think. Vic's practically moved on doing other things, still making some kind of income, still believing in God, still has his fans, and still living instead of being six feet under like his detractors were shooting for. That's the miracle of human perseverance in-of-itself.

That's because he was able to use the appeal to ease questions of the invitees. Now an actual verdict is out, the con owners will stop hiring him because now they'll think he actually did those things.

So this it how it ends. Well this is really shitty then. Law Twitter and what’s left of kick Vic on Twitter that hasn’t moved on is probably gloating right now.

All I have to say is that he had a bad lawyer and judge for this whole shit show and after all that he has to pay even more fees. Tho I wanted to see a man get his name cleared, weather or not he got back into anime wasn’t was going on here it was a man trying to prove that he was wronged by people that he had considered friends for almost 2 decades of his life and that he threw him under the bus in a short amount of Time. I’m sad that this is the result but I’m glad it’s over. I’ve disavowed funimation since 2019 and haven’t watched dubbed anime from them and I haven’t looked back since (I’ve been sailing the seven seas even before all of this.)

Vic has moved on from this and I hope him well in the future what ever he does

Vic will be okay, but I hate that the people who did this don't get their proper comeuppance.

What really scares me about all this, though, is that Vic is technically one of the "lucky" ones. He lost his job, longtime friends, and roles that were really important to him, but he managed to at least pull through and not lose everything. How many other people get falsely accused and fare much worse? And imagine being innocent and not getting hired/having everyone believe the lies while waiting over two or so years for an appeal - two or so years where your life is in limbo. And then this. It makes me hate these false accusers even more.

Well, at least there's that. I can take solace in knowing that Vic still has many things including his own dubbing studio.

Yeah I'd say that's Vic done on the con scene, if the fats weren't emboldened before they will be now.

Very disappointing end, here's hoping the new dubbing studio works out.

He's better off leaving the anime industry entirely. That Japanese studio is probably putting pressure on AM as we speak. Especially the studio having direct ties to Studio Ghibli.

I’m autistic rating everyone who is crying lmao. Yeah it’s disappointing but fuck me some of you are acting like ISWV tards.
Idk only isvw tards still use the cope of "Oh! Well...umm. i know you won but youre still Fat! Right guys?! Guys?"

Hi guys. I just wanted to tell you all why the court was wrong and Vic should have won. Purple hair people do bad thing. Chupp chupped up. Prima facie. Abolish the TCPA. Ty is the best lawyer ever but now he is bad.

What's that you ask? Am I a lawyer? No I work retail but I watch a lot of anime and culture war livestreams so I'm pretty smart.

Only losers appeal. Nobody thinks some serial killer on death row is totes innocent because they've spent years appealing their case. Anyone who gave a fuck about Vic's sexual morality didn't care Vic appealed his case. The appeals court says nothing new except "yeah, Chupp was right, Ty Beard is a dumdum."

Well...yeah. If you win, you don't need to appeal. XD

But now with an actual verdict do you really think cons are going to handle with even more harassment By kickvic?

This doesn’t change anything. Monica you’re still fat and always will be lmao. At least you can finally marry Ron now, because it was totally the lawsuit that kept the wedding from happening.
You say you are attached but cry about someone being fat. Do you think Monica cares about you screaming in the clouds she's fat when she won the suit & getting even more money off Vic?

You didn’t lose, Vic did.
the people who donated to the gfm say otherwise.
