On Sunday, a woman in her 55s campaigned in Sergels torg. From a podium, she spoke into a megaphone in front of a large crowd, and several security guards were also present.

A video clip now circulating on social media shows young people in the crowd suddenly attacking the woman and several people throwing objects. One boy comes running from behind and hits the woman on the head with an object. A man then throws water at the woman and another young man rushes up to the podium and punches the woman in the face. Only then do the security guards intervene and move the woman aside.

• The woman has exercised her right to free speech, the young people were there for another reason," Daniel Wikdahl, the police spokesperson, told the Bulletin.

"No riot participants"

Daniel Wikdahl further tells Bulletin that the youths who were at the scene and carried out the assault were not participants in the riot. He says that several young people have gathered in Sergels torg recently and that it has become a kind of meeting place. According to Wikdahl, a number of people were removed from the scene afterwards.

• We took up a number of criminal reports after this incident. There are two cases of assault, vandalism, unlawful threats, grand theft and violent disorder.

The woman did not need to seek medical attention after the assault. The police classify the incident as a hate crime.

• One person was detained at the time. I don't think anyone is still in custody as these are teenagers and young people in their late teens.

I don't agree with pushing this stuff on kids, I feel like children shouldn't really know the intense stuff about it, and it should be up to parents to teach their kids, or when the kids get old enough, they can search it on their own. But you guys are very nickpicky when it comes to the Trans people you choose the focus on. Not all Trans people or pushy, most really do just try to live their life, and maybe share experiences or other ways to feel comfortable with themselves.

This is completely illogical. You say gender is separate from sex but then you want to be treated like the opposite sex. None of the laws that allow men into womens loos treat them like men. Gender is a made up concept. It was made up by men like John money. Think of how illogical it is:

You're free to "identify" as whatever you want, but nobody else is obliged to play along. "Nonbinary" was literally invented on Tumblr like ten years ago. You might as well identify as an indigo child or an empath.

Stop pretending that people have a "gender identity." They don't. You're male or you're female, and then you have a personality. That's it.
