I still love his reactionary ass-paining from when that conference used his GoW 2018 gameplay with his face blurred out as a great example of "This is how we steer retards through our games!"

I only popped in and out of the prestream today so I missed some of it but I dont even know where to start. Apparently they don't sell fishing supplies in the Seattle area because phil burnell went to the wrong stores. Just to clarify, Dick's sporting goods operates other stores such as Field and Streams that sell hunting and fishing items, they are usually attached to Dick's stores, at least the ones near me are like that.

Also the Dick's company still sells guns, the story he was talking about was specifically about AR-15s and the ceo or whatever it was virtue signaling about not selling those in their stores anymore, which I dont even know if they actually quit selling those though. None of this had anything to do with their fishing merchandise though. He was wrong about all of this.

And then he kept saying he needed to buy high quality fishing lures. Like if you're not actually using them for what they're made for why does it matter if they're quality or not? No one is going to be able to tell the difference on your shitty webcam anyway.

I think he's going to try and sneak GoW Ragnarok to easy mode off stream. Gin brain is deteriorating at an accelerated pace.

Not saying EvilAJ2010 should do a copyright strike but if he did it would be ok...well I think. The thing about the TIHYDP videos is that they are a compilation of multiple videos totaling about 11 hours. Therefore, TIHYDP makes up about 10% of the original content so it would fit the idea that EvilAJ2010 is doing transformative work since he didn't upload the whole series. On top of that he has comments added to the TIHYDP video so adds more reason that it is transformative. People in the restreams mentioned the Sargon copyright case which was about clips too and apparently they won that it was transformative, so EvilAJ2010 might have a chance that he could win.

Now I understand that EvilAJ2010 may not want to copyright strike him to avoid the headache of dealing with Phil in court but who knows if Phil would get a lawyer and contend this. That being said what is stopping another person to copyright strike Phil's stream tomorrow and pretending to be EvilAJ2010. Knowing Dave he will say its actually him but EvilAJ2010 stated on Twitter he wouldn't strike the stream, thus proves that wasn't him but an impersonator.

The irony is that detractor channels were struck by "Darksydephil" but Dave said that wasn't him, so if all it takes is just saying "It was not me dood" then EvilAJ2010 could do the same. And that is using Dave's logic. So if Dave gets a copyright strike tomorrow then all I have to say is that you brought this upon yourself. Funny Dave calls his detractors mentally ill people who might harm others, and he does this rant saying "Fuck you trolls I WIN". Yeah bat the hornets nest and see if they sting your fatass.

FYI I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. Also I am not saying anyone should falsely copyright strike Phil under EvilAJ2010's name but I cannot stop you, so you do you.

Phil wants it kept vague what was a character and what wasn't, because he doesn't want his whole schtick being off-limits the way some of it is. He got burned enough over the racist shit to at least try staying away from that, but a lot of other behaviors, he tries to keep, since they're not the same situation.

Big part of why he hates his shit getting exposed, it increases pressure for him to stop, and he knows he won't, which in turn solidifies the "crazy conspiracy theories" as anything but.

I say that's confirmation Phil is behind the attacks on detractors. The pigroach is big mad that he's dealing with someone who knows what Phil is, and has control over something Phil wants.

He really needs to back off, but he won't, because he's too emotional.

I've mentioned Sargon v Akilah numerous times in this thread when Phail cried about muh copyright as he's wrong.. Sargon didn't say a word in the video and still prevailed.

Phail will not be taking anyone to court.

Phil has been whining for years that he could win in court against any of the "injustices" that detractors have done to him on the internet.

EvilAj surely knows that Phil couldn't be bothered to do anything if it isn't within arms length of him or requires him to exert any real effort physically or mentally in the task.

Phil can play the tough guy in his padded view of the internet but he would be on a whole new level of retarded if he wants to start some copyright slap fight.

For entertainment sake, I hope he does try and I hope he hits a wall he can't tank through with this scenario.

I think it might be funnier for AJ to do nothing here. Phil seems to be trying to aggressively bait AJ into some faggy copywrite strike war, if AJ doesn't respond we may get even more unhinged rants out of the pig.

Besides, the drama from a copywrite strike war is probably good for DSP. Even if he just get a temp ban hes just going to go back to twitch and demand his whales pay twice as much to make up for the mentally ill trolls.
