You can tell this was written by a fake bias judge from the way it's full of obviously untrue statements.

Lmao, I guessed which caselaw the judge was gonna use again:

Also on a side note, the court noted that a stay of proceedings were possible, but the court refused to grant it (likely as it was not asked). That means Russ can now appeal this.

I love where the Judge pulls out the section of the ADA where it recommends alternate resolutions such as Arbitration Whenever possible.

If he does appeal this, will it he have to put up money as in a bond ?
That's the one part where the Judge might have fucked up. If he had stayed this action pending the outcome of arbitration before dismissing there would be no path to Federal Appeal. By dismissing it there might be. Unless there is something about the 9th Circuit I'm not aware of? The Judge does state that the Ninth's Circuits interpretation is to Dismiss these cases. So there might be something different there?

No Heidi Klum for Russ!
Can't wait for his post on this about the mean old Judges who discriminate against disabled people ( Russ)
It's a real bummer: him missing out on the bomb-ass pussy. When Heidi blew my mind a while back I remember her telling me how much she loved my non-paralyzed face and lack of song writing ability. Oh, and that I'm not a 4 ft greasy muppet.

@AnOminous actually linked a very good article discussing this. The article states:
But another group—including the Ninth Circuit—have held that district courts have the inherent authority to manage their dockets and the discretion to stay or dismiss the action when all of the claims are compelled to arbitration. See, e.g., Johnmohammadi v. Bloomingdale’s, Inc., 755 F.3d 1072, 1073-74 (9th Cir. 2014) (considering appeal of district court’s order compelling arbitration of all claims and dismissing action without prejudice). In these Circuits, if the district court dismisses the action, the Court of Appeals has jurisdiction under FAA section 16(a)(3). Arbitration proceedings are not automatically stayed pending an appeal, although the district court has discretion to grant a party’s request to stay arbitration.
So, no, I don't think you're missing anything.

So,  if when he appeals, and they inevitably rule against him, what happens then? I'm not super familiar with the appeals process.

He can dick around in the appeals court circuit for a while, but eventually, he'll either have to accept the result, or attempt to get the Supreme Court to hear his case. The court has the authority to decide which cases it will hear in its appellate jurisdiction, and there's no constitutional issue here, so they'll deny it and it will die a quiet death unless Russ decides he's going to sue the Supreme Court or whoever's President at the time or the Founding Fathers or reality itself in his quest for legally mandated celebrity sexy times.

Appeal. I'm sure he thinks his new lawyer friends will help him. Come Monday or so, will hear from him how they all "betrayed him"
I predict this will find expression in yet more vaguebooking. It won't be "my idiot incompetent lawyers ruined the Fremantle case," it'll be, "life is hard when you rely on liars. They blame you even though you're the one who did all the work? lol whatever #underappreciated"

idk. russ has been slowly winding down on shit, not posting publicly, getting CONSTANT court smackdowns, and zero jobs (as far as we can tell) as a paralegal. i think this smackdown is the potential limit to his lolsuits, pending his KF suit. he just keeps losing. i think russ is finally running out of steam.

edit: the freemantle suit is his biggest loss to date. he went up against a giant corporation and failed miserably. it’s a far reach from his previous petty celebrity lawsuits.

Question for the lawyers: If Russ's appeal in his suit against Null is rejected, and Russ wants to continue to the next step, do his lawyers have to stay on, or can they bail as soon the order is issued to deny the appeal?

Lawsuits are his one weapon against a world that wrongly denies him the sex and fame that are rightly his. I think he'll appeal the Freemantle decision, and push his Null lawsuit as far as he can. I hope the parties in both suits request an appeal bond. Right now, it's not costing him anything to do this shit except his time. I hope Freemantle at least goes after him for costs. They need to make an example of him to prevent other talentless idiots from pulling the same stunt.
