Mutual friend introduced us to each other through Skype. How did you meet @Autphag? Chans?
Quality of life improvements while only treating to the extent necessary to actually assure the patients sanity. What specifically would you recommend?
Do you live in Scotland too?Mutual friend introduced us to each other through Skype.
Why? If you can treat further, shouldn't you?Quality of life improvements while only treating to the extent necessary to actually assure the patients sanity.
Basically a matter of patient autonomy. If they're cogent enough to make the choice, they ought to. And Autphag clearly is (although Manson probably doesn't qualify under this dichotomy)Why? If you can treat further, shouldn't you?
Michigan, actually.Do you live in Scotland too?
Idk. I would argue the course his life appears to be taking would call the wisdom of allowing him autonomy into question.Basically a matter of patient autonomy. What part of the Apergian philosophy appealed to you?Michigan, actually.
Autonomy, self direction, and the forging of new man. Base elements of any philosophy worth it's salt, but detail orientation and having a mentor always on tap is a plus too. What part of the Apergian philosophy appealed to you?
The third one I can directly address. In short, it seeks the suppression of what are considered traditionally `sperg' traits, in favor of making everyone a philosopher-laborer (if you can't tell, a lot of this was ripped directly off the Juche playbook). (i'll address the other ones later)Can you define these aspects further? Every cult has these basic features.
Hello Kiwis. I am Autphag's 'apprentice', if you will. Seeing as the first call was so fruitful, I would like to join a later Teamspeak call with Autphag and the forum soon (probably Sunday night, because my schedule is kind of rolling over). If you have any questions or concerns, please forward them to me via PM or in the thread.

Light on the "laborer" bit, from what I can see.The third one I can directly address. To the extent of allowing her an apartment, friends, and patronage, it's not a situation I think any sane person would seek to disturb. It has it's rough edges, but the alternative (throwing her into ward at massive taxpayer expense and further deteriorating her mental state consequently) is irresponsible bordering on insane.Idk. I would argue the course his life appears to be taking would call the wisdom of allowing him autonomy into question.
But(forgive my limited understanding of the subject matter) I thought Spergs were the master race? Why would one suppress those characteristics? In short, it seeks the suppression of what are considered traditionally `sperg' traits
I was under the impression he's already a taxpayer expense, as he refuses to work. And he's engaging in some fairly unproductive and unhealthy behaviors on his own. I'm not suggesting institutionalization, but perhaps a caretaker? To the extent of allowing her an apartment, friends, and patronage, it's not a situation I think any sane person would seek to disturb. According to the philosophy, these traits aren't seen as inherent to the sperg, but rather, indignities foisted upon them by the world. But(forgive my limited understanding of the subject matter) I thought Spergs were the master race? Why would one suppress those characteristics?
Haha. Yeah, it's a common trope, but I wouldn't really regard it true in this specific case, due to how grounded the specifics are (occasional delusions of grandeur notwithstanding). So to sum up, hon, you've adopted this crazy person as the prophet of the New Era, in which people like you are promised a paradise on Earth, and those who've oppressed you will be made into your servants.
Never heard that before.

The way Aspergia is envisioned is more like this then one would suspect at first glance.Maybe people like him should be put in a special community all by themselves, because they resist treatment and can't change their spots.
We could call it a "leopard colony".

How so? Personality traits are foisted upon them? Perhaps you can explain this philosophy more so I can understand?According to the philosophy, these traits aren't seen as inherent to the sperg, but rather, indignities foisted upon them by the world
