There's scant details on what that flag burning party is, but I assume the lesbian couple and the chair of the tourism board (the only guests mentioned) were also invited given Jarrod suddenly wanted to skip it, unless he's so petulant that meeting a politician makes him act out like a toddler who needs to be taken home (which is a real possibility).

That little strop of Jarrod's is wonderful. "Can we go home now, Mummy. I want to go home. Now." I notice that they took all the guns down from the walls and replaced them with a few toy bow and arrows. Didn't someone say that it was illegal to keep guns out like that? I wonder if they had a warning from the local police.

I've had a look foe responses elsewhere on twitter, and there's diddly squat. I honestly reckon that we care more about them than anyone else in the world. Apart maybe from that Chris guy who fawningly answers every tweet. A bit of larping that didn't make it directly into the article, but is there if you read between the lines is spelled out in a tweet from the author.

That's right, they even made him wear a bullet proof vest. even though he was out of all but the highest range sniper's rifle, being wielded but the military's top snipers. He was in more danger of catching tetanus by stabbing himself on an alpace tooth.

And someone is so close to getting it.

I wonder what you deserve if you leave them all to die under a tarp and give away all the fleece.

The "violent fantasies" are just us reposting the Tranch social media.
Also no mention of Alpacaschwitz, just "derogatory names"? shamefur.
Because then people would start to question the origin of alpacaschwitz, which then leads to some uncomfortable questions for Pennywise.

Frankly I'm dissatisfied they left out Kindness and the flight of Bonnibel.

I'm pretty sure the "violent fantasies" are our repeated cries of 🌈 "TRANNY WACO!" (lol), which is the same fantasy that they have. We're just being supportive of their goal to take up arms against the government and excited for them to actually pursue it.

Great article. The photographer is clearly Team Kiwi and enjoys the Alpacaschwitz nickname:0.png

this article piqued my curiosity.
apparently, the state of colorado passed a safe storage law last year:
Concerning measures to secure firearms to prevent use by persons not lawfully permitted to possess firearms.
SESSION:
2021 Regular Session
SUBJECT:
Crimes, Corrections, & Enforcement
BILL SUMMARY

The bill requires that firearms be responsibly and securely stored when they are not in use to prevent access by unsupervised juveniles and other unauthorized users. The bill creates the offense of unlawful storage of a firearm if a person stores a firearm in a manner that the person knows, or should know:

  • That a juvenile can gain access to the firearm without the permission of the juvenile's parent or guardian; or
  • A resident of the premises is ineligible to possess a firearm under state or federal law.
Unlawful storage of a firearm is a class 2 misdemeanor.

The bill requires licensed gun dealers to provide with each firearm, at the time of a firearm sale or transfer, a locking device capable of securing the firearm. Transferring a firearm without a locking device is an unclassified misdemeanor punishable by a maximum $500 fine.

The bill requires the state court administrator to annually report to the general assembly about the number of charges related to unsafe firearms storage and the disposition of those charges.

The bill requires the office of suicide prevention within the department of public health and environment (department) to include on its website, and in materials provided to firearms-related businesses and health care providers, information about the offense of unlawful storage of a firearm, penalties for providing a handgun to a juvenile or allowing a juvenile to possess a firearm, and the requirement that gun dealers provide a locking device with each firearm transferred. Subject to available money, the department is required to develop and implement a firearms safe storage education campaign to educate the public about the safe storage of firearms, and state requirements related to firearms safety and storage, and information about voluntary temporary firearms storage programs.

Frankly I'm dissatisfied they left out Kindness and the flight of Bonnibel.
the troonish cleansing.jpg
Pavel Lyudovich "Bigasso" Mendoza, pictured on the right of Filipp Matvey Troonovich Loguelin, was later removed from this photograph at the Tranch canal.

Loguelin used a large group of retouchers to cut his enemies out of supposedly documentary photographs. One such erasure was Pavel Lyudovich Mendoza, his former second-in-command who helped him establish the Tranch. For a while Mendoza worked at Loguelin's right hand, interrogating, falsely accusing and ordering the execution of thousands of alpacas. But in 2021, Mendoza fell from Loguelin's favor after running away with a crazy BPD crackwhore. He was denounced, ostracized, and effectively locked out of his own property.

Loguelin's censors then removed Mendoza from the photographic record, including cutting him from a photograph in which he smiled next to his former boss, Loguelin, next to a waterway. The photo retouchers removed Mendoza from the photo and inserted new water to cover up the space where Mendoza would have been.

That might have been the Fedposter himself. He's appeared on the podcasts as J, a security/permaculture expert and didn't start trooning out until much later.

Found another retelling, this podcast from 15:00 has a slightly more elaborate version.

This is what I was remembering: Paul, an ex-cop, volunteered to help with security

Anyway, this is old ground and fairly autistic, but this guy could be the source of the dramatic confrontation story, seeing as it was “an out of towner” it happened to.

Ah, this guy.
Lol looks like we got some tranny chasers up in here.
I actually remember nothing about him, did he even do anything or did he just leave after he was refused by AMHOLE?

I wanted add my autistic input about the cleaver. The first and unseen issue I would bring up is this is made by a bunch of idiot incompets, so I doubt the heat treatment is done properly. The edge appears to be ground on a bench grinder which would ruin any such heat treatment. Moving past the edge you can see the steel appears to have been found on the side of the road putted with rust and just slapped onto a piece of construction pine with no treatment to the blade. If you are going to ask for $10k in $20 increments you could pull out some sand paper and grind past the pitting. Those holes will attract crud and moisture leading to more rust and general germ/bacteria growth. I could say more about the handle but I will finish it by saying the direction is not proper to get a good arc on the swing to sever joints and cut bones when you are chopping (pic attached note the gentle arc). In summary this chunk of iron is not even passable to open ones unclit and should be sent to the nearest recycler so that iron can do something useful before becoming oxide.

Upon a second, more careful reading of the article analyzing it through the lens of a journo throwing shade, I appreciate this bit:
Logue, who has two children from previous relationship s, is the matriarch of the ranch. Those living there depend on her for guidance and support.
Hey look, this dude knocked up two different women and abandoned his kids to go play tranny rancher ! Even if the kids are completely grown (I can't remember and don't care), there's no mention of them elsewhere in the article ... why is this even relevant to point out unless you were trying to get a dig in?

I skimmed it the first time, assuming another complete puff piece, but between the lines ... or we could just be reading into it too much. Someone with a bias to support trans women probably wouldn't see it our way.

*CONTENT WARNING: ACTUAL LEGITIMATE THREAT AND VIOLENT FANTASY*

Well, one way to get me to feel sympathetic for the Tranch would be for the feds to burn them and the alpacas alive*.

*haha jk lol, the federal government did everything perfect at Waco and Janet Reno was a great public servant and I strongly support all actions taken at all times by federal, state and local officials to protect us from evildoers. As President Bill Clinton said, "you can't say you love your country and hate your government."

Here's a clip of that portion:

It was bugging me earlier because this vaguely reminded me of something, and I finally remembered what it was:

When the more philosophical antifa types discuss fascism, they like to refer to Umberto Eco's 14 common features of fascism.
Eco reduces the qualities of what he calls “Ur-Fascism, or Eternal Fascism” down to 14 “typical” features. “These features,” writes the novelist and semiotician, “cannot be organized into a system; many of them contradict each other, and are also typical of other kinds of despotism or fanaticism. But it is enough that one of them be present to allow fascism to coagulate around it.”

  1. The cult of tradition. “One has only to look at the syllabus of every fascist movement to find the major traditionalist thinkers. The Nazi gnosis was nourished by traditionalist, syncretistic, occult elements.”
  2. The rejection of modernism. “The Enlightenment, the Age of Reason, is seen as the beginning of modern depravity. In this sense Ur-Fascism can be defined as irrationalism.”
  3. The cult of action for action’s sake. “Action being beautiful in itself, it must be taken before, or without, any previous reflection. Thinking is a form of emasculation.”
  4. Disagreement is treason. “The critical spirit makes distinctions, and to distinguish is a sign of modernism. In modern culture the scientific community praises disagreement as a way to improve knowledge.”
  5. Fear of difference. “The first appeal of a fascist or prematurely fascist movement is an appeal against the intruders. Thus Ur-Fascism is racist by definition.”
  6. Appeal to social frustration. “One of the most typical features of the historical fascism was the appeal to a frustrated middle class, a class suffering from an economic crisis or feelings of political humiliation, and frightened by the pressure of lower social groups.”
  7. The obsession with a plot. “Thus at the root of the Ur-Fascist psychology there is the obsession with a plot, possibly an international one. The followers must feel besieged.”
  8. The enemy is both strong and weak. “By a continuous shifting of rhetorical focus, the enemies are at the same time too strong and too weak.”
  9. Pacifism is trafficking with the enemy. “For Ur-Fascism there is no struggle for life but, rather, life is lived for struggle.”
  10. Contempt for the weak. “Elitism is a typical aspect of any reactionary ideology.”
  11. Everybody is educated to become a hero. “In Ur-Fascist ideology, heroism is the norm. This cult of heroism is strictly linked with the cult of death.”
  12. Machismo and weaponry. “Machismo implies both disdain for women and intolerance and condemnation of nonstandard sexual habits, from chastity to homosexuality.”
  13. Selective populism. “There is in our future a TV or Internet populism, in which the emotional response of a selected group of citizens can be presented and accepted as the Voice of the People.”
  14. Ur-Fascism speaks Newspeak. “All the Nazi or Fascist schoolbooks made use of an impoverished vocabulary, and an elementary syntax, in order to limit the instruments for complex and critical reasoning.”
Check out #8: The enemy is both strong and weak. “By a continuous shifting of rhetorical focus, the enemies are at the same time too strong and too weak.”

Tell me this isn't, ironically, exactly what Penny has been doing. According to Penny, the "local fascists" are scary, violent, dangerous brutes who want to genocide all trans people & other minorities. But simultaneously, they're pathetic, incompetent cowards who literally piss their pants in fear as they clumsily flee at the sight of a single armed guard.
Not only that, but in other interviews Penny has claimed that the "show of force" by the Tranchers immediately after this incident caused the local fascists to simply give up on ever trying to attack them again. What a nice excuse!

But anyway, my point is that Penny hilariously thinks like a fascist himself. I see a few other bullet points in that list that apply to Penny as well. :story:
I also love how he keeps embellishing the story. In this interview clip, Penny claims the intruders were planning to burn down the Tranch house, and that this threat was posted on "many, many boards"... He's so full of shit. Is he talking about some local community forum or facebook group? Funny how he has never shared a single link or screenshot showing this. They have never (and will never) provide any proof. Kinda frustrating how they keep getting away with doing this.

In other news:
The grift is still chugging along nicely.

To be fair, I've heard Nextdoor is like this.

Someone’s been reading the thread and our analysis :story:

Good observation about the enemy being both terrifyingly strong and laughably weak.

As far as the attack story goes, obviously *something* happened, but there are so many shifting details and embellishments.
The “driveway standoff” didn’t happen with a trancher, so that’s second-hand even when we hear it from Penny. The pursuer (actually name-checked as Earl in the podcast - how would the visitor know?) throws his gun excessively far back over the gate, or drops it while running away, depending on the telling. Much seems to be made of this detail even though it changes.

Is that the same incident as the “3AM armed incursion” or another one?

If the people it actually happened to was the Paul or Bill characters, you’ve got to wonder about the veracity.
They seem to be professional LARPers whose business is arms dealing. It would suit them on every level to have a dramatic combat story to tell to justify their brave act of volunteering. They also have a vested interest in fuelling the Tranchers paranoia and encouraging them to buy bulletproof vests, all manner of guns and D-FENS apparatus - possibly from them.

I know it’s history but I’d actually like to hear it from the horses mouth, you know?

@Temperance XIV since I can't quote your post directly RE: Umberto Eco's 14/88 features of fascism: while I don't disagree with them they are a product of Eco's life, experience, and circumstances - all of those being formed by the regime of Benito Mussolini and Italian Fascism. Pretty much all of those apply to progressive neo-leftism as well. Curious how that works, right?

WRT Tran Ranch:
  1. The cult of tradition: a syncretism between AnCom and AnCap ideas sprinkled with current year tranny bullshit.
  2. The rejection of modernism: commies themselves aspire to return to primitive communism, well before capitalism ever became and the accumulation of wealth started. The Tranch is no exception with their "alpaca ranching commune" and the bucolic image they're trying to project.
  3. The cult of action for action's sake: taken at face value their "brb going 2 rescue a trans sister from MAGApede chud nazi threepers" shit. In actuality their "assault/dynamic movement" drills.
  4. Disagreement is treason: this one's self-explanatory, being a feature of hyperpartisanship and echo chambers. And a policy of rejecting those icky girls.
  5. Fear of difference: another self-explanatory point. Instead of the racism of the right wing they're afraid of differences of opinion, like every single conservative in Westcliffe has to be a nazi.
  6. Appeal to a frustrated middle class: again, self-explanatory.
  7. Obsession with a plot: the nazi attacks and Earl and "Trump's America" and shit like right-wing death squads bringing on the Trans Genocide so they have to drive everywhere strapped.
  8. The enemy is both too strong at too weak at the same time: yeah, obviously. They came in the dead of the night, cut the fence, but ran away head over heels and dropped their guns when we shouted at them.
  9. Pacifism is trafficking with the enemy: "if you aren't actively anti-fascist, anti-racist, pro-trans then you're not any ally".
  10. Contempt for the weak/chauvinism: THOSE FUCKING UNQUEERS RRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
  11. Everybody is educated (or more accurately, destined) to become a hero/cult of death: resistance against the cis, the unqueer, the fascist, and the milquetoast. See their documented interactions with regular people at the "fuck the 4th of July" party in that fucking article.
  12. Machismo: see above, previous point and being strapped 24/7.
  13. Selective populism: peddling common commie talking points and framing their "bucolic way of life" as ideal, plus all the talk about being a "refuge for trans women".
  14. Newspeak: self-explanatory, again.

Is Fedposter J seriously implying the Business Insider editor might be a fucking hecking Kay-asterisk-doubleyou-asterisk eff-asterisk-arr-emm-asterisk-arr?

Yeah, those boutique frou-frou "hunter/gatherer" moccasins are just perfect for clomping around the tranch through all the alpaca shit and piss. Only a chud would wear appropriate footgear like work boots or wellies. A delicate femme like Phillip needs to look as fetching and cunning as the woman of his dreams, even while starving the alpacas or wading through the liquified camelid remains on the floor of the tarp barn.

Fake it til you make it, Phil. You da man. Play your cards right and they'll do a pictorial feature on you in Vogue: "Girls" of the Barren Wasteland, So Chi-Chi.
