Gives me severe whiplash to see someone who was reviewing games in 2009 to have gotten to 2022 without improving in any way. About the only change is the move to cheap content over reviews, some fat deposits, and a change in camera.

Not sure if this has been answered in the thread but if fair use is really important to Joe why doesn’t he fight one of these cases in court? I know legal cases are expensive and time consuming but he has a big enough audience and it s connected to enough big and wealthy YouTubers to crowdfund it.

Could it be that he’s had legal advice and knows that he doesn’t have a leg to stand on and just passive-aggressively bitches when he’s caught using copyrighted material he shouldn’t?
