After some quick searching, it appears there are several sex workers using the name Angelique in Nevada. One is at the Bunny Ranch, the other two appear to be independents working in Las Vegas itself, where prostitution is illegal. Russ has admitted to buying sex illegally before, so that doesn't rule them out, but given he's in Nevada, I figure he'd go for the legal option. The independents appear to be cheaper than the legal girls though. All of the Angeliques I found offer the GFE, and since Russ doesn't understand the sex worker is only pretending to be his gf, he probably decided whoever he saw was his and did his usual thing of pestering her after their session and demanding to know why she was still seeing other guys.
