Court records show Kari Nelson filed for a restraining order against her husband in July 2019, though the order was never successfully served on him, according to a state public information analyst. Two-and-a-half weeks after she filed for the order, Nelson Jr. was arraigned on multiple charges, including a felony burglary charge and fourth-degree assault against his wife. A judge then ordered Nelson not to contact his wife. That order expired after the charges were dismissed in July of 2020. Nelson Jr. had other recent run-ins with the law, including misdemeanor assault and menacing charges.

I think he stood there on purpose, while ordering him to leave, in order to try to claim self-defence later. His use of pepper spray through the back window earlier also made no sense if he wanted the truck to leave, as well as his positioning of his own car in the way of the truck. I'm not saying he would have shot him no matter what, but he didn't act reasonably (nor did the guy in the truck).

Loads of these guys see themselves not as protectors of the community, but as little kings who have supreme authority to rule over all lesser creatures. They dictate and you obey, or at least that's what they imagine. Ordering people around is the only sense of power they have.

Hopefully he gets a fresh dose of reality when he finds out who rules supreme in prison.

Yeah it's definitely not agonal breathing. She is still aware and very much alive. Agonal breathing are more like gasps.

And mini PL.. Guatemala actually has great healthcare. Quite frankly I don't think anything could have been done for her. She already bled out so much and was probably going into shock/cardiac arrest. Not to mention she had other major injuries and sounds like she's drowning in her own blood. I think people filmed because Guatemalan law enforcement barely ever does anything in these cases. So if the police tried to brush it off, they had video to prove them wrong.

He's fucked. He wasn't certified for armed security work (his cert explicitly stated "unarmed") and wasn't supposed to have a gun with him on the job. He ordered them to leave but then blocked their car in (and then ordered them not to move it), tried to pull them out of their car, sprayed pepper spray into the cab when he couldn't, then (while still demanding they leave) drew his gun on them and shouted if they tried to move, he'd shoot them. Then he shot them. "Self defense" my ass.

A jury isn't going to take a long time to convict him. Trespassing or not, they'd have been well within their rights to shoot him dead the moment he drew on them.
