I don't know shit about US or Canadian law, but wouldn't that be considered harassment? Given that they are going after the employees and not the company itself, especially if they use the same language when they made that ClouldFlare employee to untag himself from the tweets?

I really do not see what fleeing to Europe accomplishes, particularly if this indiviudal keeps posting things that allow people to figure out where HE is.
As others have stated, it is an obvious grift to get pay pigs to pay for a European vacation or possibly to flee because LUCAS is subject to criminal investigation. The problem with that is most of the countries you'd think of have extadition agreements with Canada.
