I want to hope that Josh is okay, as much as an asshole he is. But I can’t help but have some thoughts.

Did they ever pay off his last traffic related court ticket? Did the cousin put them on their insurance? Did Josh get into a diabetic sugar crash, black out, and collide with something?

I’m assuming Polissa is fine because otherwise she’d be milking the pain she’s in from a car wreck (assuming she was in the car to begin with). I’m sure if the crash happened we’ll see pics of this one too, but you just know she’ll grift more from it regardless. Anything inconvenient in her life is a reason to grift. That and if Joh hasn’t lost his job, then he definitely lost it now. Carpooling, what’s that?

I assume that if Polly is tweeting, they have to be fine. She's a fucking idiot but I hope even she wouldn't be tweeting if Josh was in any mortal danger.

My interpretation of the 'fucked' statement is that Josh was obviously driving without a licence and will now get in serious legal trouble. Not to mention they wrecked the car they were lent, and have no way to drive him to work even when Polly is healed.

Alternatively, something bad could have happened to the other driver in which case they are truly fucked.

ETA: Also getting into a car 'wreak' while on recovery from hysto cannot have been fun for Polly, uterus-shaped car pillow or not. Assuming she was in the car, on the way to get ribs.

That or Josh was driving the car home from work to pick her up.

Yeah, the cops are definitely going to ask Joh for his license, registration, and proof of insurance. Just his lack of actual license is going to be a major issue. If he hurt the other driver (especially if he was the driver at fault), he is really fucked.

If Josh is still on his learner's permit and the conditions for driving on it weren't met, he'll be in a world of hurt that goes far beyond physical pain. As @toilet_rainbow posted as I composed this reply, the legal ramifications if he lacked the necessary paperwork for driving the vehicle legally will be serious -- moreso if someone in the other car is injured or even complains of a possible injury.

I wish I could say this would make a good wake-up call and reality check for Polissa and Josh, but I'm not that optimistic.

I have been wading through her FB all day like the loser I am, and if the pattern holds then no, she won't learn. Polly has a historied pattern of victimhood. The new factor in this situation would be Josh maybe going to jail... where he could actually thrive since his medical needs would be met lmao. However, she has been with the dumb fucker for a decade and despite everything, they seem to truly love one another. She wouldn't handle his absence well.

Best case scenario Josh was in a car wreck on the way home, while a co-worker or the BFF drove.

While we wait for updates, did we know Bella killed not one but two dogs? Snow White and one named Ginger. I have never had dogs so I have no idea how common this is. Was Bella a violent breed, was Polly a shitty pet owner, what the hell happened that she killed 2 dogs?

Polissa once wrote that Bella had been brutally attacked as a puppy. Her descriptions of Bella’s behavior after heavily implied she had severe anxiety and brain damage. She should’ve been put down long before the ear infection that killed her if she was such a wreck that she constantly fought and killed the other animals in Polissa’s “care.” But no, Polissa thinks she’s a good fur mama.

Labs are big dogs and they don't even necessarily need to be violent to hurt another animal. They can be violent if badly brought up but the thing is that labs are one of the easiest breeds to train and also one of the friendliest. Polly must have fucked that dog up something fierce for it to have killed multiple pets. The time to rehome all of her animals has long passed.

However they can still be good pet dogs but you can’t have any other pets…no dog parks…etc. it is very hard
In California there are very high liabilities if your dog bites or kills another dog. You can be absolutely sued to fuck and back and they will go after your assets

I assume Josh drove himself to work (and has been all along), with the fool's assurance that if he was just careful enough, and obeyed all the traffic laws, there would be no problem. He counted on luck, and it looks like his luck decided to smoke a bowl and take a long, healing nap this afternoon.

I sincerely hope he, and whoever else was involved, are okay. Given Polissa's frank, "We are so fucked," I expect he is; she'd turn the histrionics up to top volume if he was injured at all.

Do they have insurance? Do I even need to ask? But hey! Look on the bright side! They're judgment-proof in civil court!

A big part of it is that neither one of them—Polissa, especially—is willing to face the fact they're trash, admit it, and even embrace it.

There is freedom in accepting your true nature, and not trying to make others think you're any better than you are. Life might not get a whole lot better materially if you do so, but psychologically there's a lot less friction.

Labs are capable of being violent like any other dog, but in my experience labs, goldens, and their mixes are some of the dopiest motherfuckers alive. Absolutely wonderful around children (with the proper supervision of course). Labs are actually the most popular breed in the US.

It appears from what Polissa has written that Bella never saw a vet until she was euthanized. No management for her anxiety, etc. In fact Polly kept referring to Bella as her sweet girl. Kinda surprising that Dobby appeared to be the “golden child” in her eyes considering how fucked over Bella was despite her constantly defending Bella’s violence. That shit is not normal at all.
