I learned something from one boss I worked for a long time ago. "If you think someone is up to some shit, don't jump on them with the first bit of proof you have. Let them think they are getting away with it and they'll become complacent and provide a whole mountain of proof they can no longer explain away as easy with just the first proof you had."

I've caught some people in companies I've worked for with this bit of advice. Why catch just Keffals today when you can get a whole pedo ring tomorrow?
