With tonight's on going Rust barrage if you are watching most of the streams at once it gets even more obnoxious how bad chat is. Even with the streamers REPEATEDLY and EXPLICITLY saying to stop stream sniping and stop giving info etc, the chats are literally filled with it.
It's so bad that it's actually impacting the streamers abilities to even have fun. Gura trolls Mumei and Bae and downs Bae, and chat goes absolutely nuts harassing her for killing Bae to the point where she just leaves the area without interacting with them anymore and saying it's fine because Mumei was there etc like 15 times. Moona even outright said she won't do PvP in Rust because the fanbases would attack her, and she's spot on
Ame has had to go on a rant about how she's trying to do her own thing and the nice thing about Rust is that it's open world so she doesn't HAVE to play with the others. Even while typing this right now, she just said again that playing while others are playing feels like too much pressure because chat is harassing her to go play with everyone else, and it makes her feel like she's playing the game wrong etc
Cover already has rules for the Rust server, so IMO they honestly should just disable chat entirely for Rust streams so it isn't there distracting the streamer, and chat isn't spoiling EVERY surprise and ambush nonstop

anyone watches Altare from tempest? in my opinion, his the weakest of the bunch and his suppose to be the "leader".

He hasn't done e-sports, but he is, as he claims, a reformed toxic gamer. He did drive his friends away from playing online with him, and that was his wake up call. He worked on his behaviour and was able to play with his friends again.

Lmao that sounds about right for the nuwave fans to sperg out over something so stupid. iRyS and bae were both actively encouraging the chat sniping last night as Bae followed chats tips to iRyS first time around, iRyS shot Mumei of her own design a lot of her chat was actually "don't shoot mooms give her guitar back". Chat goads her to go after Bae yeah but at that point it was either encourage a gang war or watch them all spend 3 hours gambling again - at no point did I hear either of them say anything about stream sniping or chat involvement until toward the end iRyS stated she'd ignore chat, after that it was dropped by most except the people still spamming her to switch to members only chat.


I wonder how much of the concern trolling is actually antis or just others trying to stir up shit though.

I think what confuses me about this whole thing with Vox is that this is not the first time banter between the livers has been misinterpreted, and you would think that the chinks would know not to jump to conclusions again.

Fulgur was hated so much that people would remove him from official images and even being a fan of his would have you cast out. His image only recently got cleaned up when it was noticed that there were clips being intentionally mistranslated and that his jabs on twitter were all jokes and that no one took it seriously. Sonny and Vox making statements that this whole "your mom is a whore" thing was a joke should have cleared the air, but it hasn't.

My limit for helping out with Niji info is having to use BiliBili because that site is a fucking travesty and I'll never learn how to navigate it out of spite.

I just find it funny that NijiEN say shit that regularly ekes beyond the scope of what you'd expect is allowed from one of the big corpos and it's a fucking 'your mum' joke that caused this. Enna jokingly wishes harm on her parents and not-so-jokingly wishes harm on her stepmother and they're all actually Chinese/Asian.

Ultimately this is not Vox's fault and even someone who 'panders' to China for money wouldn't anticipate something as strange and banal as this would set them off.
