I'm debating whether it'll be funnier if he just gets completely demonetized or outright banned.
Imagine starting whatever your country's equivalent of an LLC is and using it just so you can get a Paypal business account and can then finance the gacha addiction of some fat retard that's an ocean and an entire continent away.

Can you imagine the salt when DSP gets kicked off YouTube lol... He'll have to go to some alt-right video streaming site with less infrastructure in place for people to contribute to him besides Patreon and Paypal.

The thing is Dave can't say this is false reporting because it is him saying these things, so he can't play victim that it was false DMCA strikes. However, Dave will play victim and he might say the same thing when Twitch accused him of hateful speech.
"I never used hateful slurs, these YouTube idiots know nothing and this is unfair. Also this happened years ago but they didn't take me down until now. NO, I shouldn't have an old video struck down because they didn't catch it before so it absolves my crime, statute of limitations dood."
I can't wait for his stream today of him explaining how for years those videos went under YouTube's radar but now they want to get him for community guidelines. Dave thinks if you committed a crime and didn't get caught then that means you can never be held accountable later on. But the issue with that thinking is technically Dave is still committing the crime because the video is on his YouTube channel 24/7. That's like if you started a pyramid scheme years ago but still maintaining the pyramid scheme years after and being surprised that the cops arrest you for scamming.
For all the people saying this is not fair that YouTube is getting him for words he said years ago, what world do you think you live in where people don't get cancelled for past actions, because in the real world cancel culture unfortunately exists. I don't believe people should get cancelled for dumb words said in the past but it is what it is. At least this shitstorm provides us with some salty ass rants and it's happening to a person I don't give two shits about being cancelled for, actually I am surprised this didn't happen sooner. Especially, when I know people reported those videos years ago when he said those things.

Not to mention the huge difference in canceling someone like Phil, who really is a hateful bastard and gives any platform he joins a bad name. It's one thing to recognize sticking feathers up your butt doesn't make you a chicken, quite another to be the guy who calls a developer a "fucking cocksucker" because he sucks at video games and is too stupid to know it. And that's just the tip of the iceberg with Phil.
