So either hes lying and the "I did nothing wrong" narcissism is taking over, he has multiple personalities but like they do on tv cause its phil or he just really is that stupid to thin theres nothing wrong with...well..we all know the examples.

Phil knows he's a fuck up(because he is a vulnerable narc), however he lies, acting like "I did nothing wrong" because he desires to be seen as "great."

He has to lie to himself in order to cope with how fucking worthless he is.

The thing is, a good streamer can make any game entertaining. Can't make the game good, but you can make it entertaining. The reason Phil would be wasting money is because he lacks the ability to make things entertaining. A train wreck game like this is supposed to be should be a great opportunity to have fun and make some money doing it. 70 dollars for a game should mean nothing to someone who is going to make money playing the game. Trading 70 bucks for a few hundred seems like a great deal to me, to regular people who play games in their free time it is not so good an idea. I wonder what he'll do instead. My money is on a surprise fishing stream since he finally found all those stupid fucking lure.

Exactly. The problem is, Phil has the innate ability (or is it disability?) to make any game that has potential entertainment value crater. There are admittedly no brainers like Elden Ring which were entertaining, but Phil copied what others were doing with a death counter, and that was coupled with his inability to think beyond a guide.

It all comes back to his insistence on him having fun, despite his audience’s wishes. He tells them what’s fun, when it clearly isn’t. He doesn’t see beyond his own enjoyment, which isn’t the same for others.
