Either that or he's just taking his trolling to the next level by making fun of that whole phenomenon, but I'm not sure he's clever enough to do that.

At first, I thought this actor found a (horrible) gimmick to get him fame. I figured as soon as he was done filming he took his nails off, put on faggy male clothes and hit up the gay bars. I think he was happy being a twink but wanted a shortcut to fame and found it.

I think the act is a total piss-take in the sense that Dylan absolutely does not have gender dysphoria. He approaches being a "girl" like only a shitty twink broadway actor with no psychological depth can: exaggerated, bug-eyed, and one-dimensional.

BUT, it's just a piss-take because Dylan is an attention whore. It's not a piss-take in any satirical way to point out how uncritically trannies are accepted. That said, it is bizarrely based how little respect Dylan has for the trans community he is exploiting (and even more lol that trannies seem to love and accept him), seeing as he is just jumping on the hot new trend to get the attention he desire.
