Their was some controversy during Uproar's debut about Rio being a female pretending to be male because of their voice, Oga iirc claimed that wasn't true and it was just how his voice was. To my knowledge their isn't anything about Rio being trans. Rio at worst is a woman playing a male so they can convincingly play a trap/femboy by having a soft feminine voice, like how Tamaki is a trap played by a female.

Me powerleveling. I'm not sure what is the weeb level of these people, probably isn't high enough.
I mean if someone who has some interests in Japanese voice actors or utaite. They at least probably know Ayumu Murase (Genshin's Venti, Iruma-kun, Arknights Mizuki (Sana's son)) and Mafumafu can do very convincing female voice.
Even Natsuki Hanae (Demon Slayer's Tanjiro, Tokyo Ghoul's Kaneki and Nier's 9S) can do girly voice to certain extend as well, like the blue jellyfish person in this video.

Beisde Mafumafu, honorable mention from utaite are Piko and Sekihan, their Magnet cover and Sekihan sang as both daughter and dad in this song.

This just popped into my head because of the discussion of a female voicing a male character, but did anyone else have the following experience: (imagine this is the 90's) "So, you hear this random piece of trivia that, in the original Japanese, Goku is voiced by a middle aged woman?", "What?! Oh man, that's crazy!"

And then a few years later you get good internet and you come across the original Japanese version; "Oh that's right, Goku is voiced by a middle-aged woman, I wonder what he sounds like...oh...he sounds like a middle-aged woman..."

The whole like 20 or so minutes of Gura fucking with Calli was great. The girl plays a "weird walmart employee living in a dumpster during a zombie apocolypse" type of schizo pretty well. Shark just tossing a buncha free stuff into Calli's empty pool with a plastic lawn chair, throwing her clothes at Calli then just running off without elaborating. I'm still not even sure what the fuck she was rambling about with the cursed cassette tape. Or if she even had an idea behind it other than randomly screaming about danger because the tape was named "bullet." Also her putting a sword with the note "Study the blade" in Calli's mailbox gave me a chuckle. Confirmed best boi Vesper enjoyer?

It's not confirmed that the "Welcome to the neighborhood biiiiiiiitch" note is from Gura, it could very well be from Ame as she knows where Calli stays and was at the area earlier when she did a drive-by.
