With the funds that he has on hand, I can definitely see him visa hoping between countries every 90 days....at least for a little while. Depending on the country, he's still young enough to apply for a working holiday visa but he doesn't speak any other language beyond English (so he would more or less be restricted to Anglo countries) and he doesn't really have a solid set of marketable skills that would garner him enough precious points on an immigration application.
