Nexpo/YT Horror Channels - Do they all suck

She is known to do that in a lot of her videos, mostly explaining something then immediately followed up with something like "I can't believe this needs explaining."

Either explain on the off-chance there is a percentage of your audience that doesn't know a certain term, a law or anything like that or don't explain anything. Don't make someone feel like an idiot for not knowing something because they perhaps live in a different country. If you label yourself as an informative channel on true crime or horror related topics and you sound aggravated having to explain something either stop making videos, or take that big stick out of your vagina and deal with it.

You're funny, man. She's far too self important with her "I'm not white, have I mentioned how not white I am today?" attitude so of course she's a goddamn know it all.

I straight up unfollowed her on everything during the "Peaceful" BLM riots of 2020, after that she started getting more and more political and I couldn't take it.

Me, I'd like to see topics covered that haven't been done to death. Have it be ran by someone that has an interest in the topic and is willing to do actual research into it. Finally, I don't think it's too much to ask that the content has audio/video editing that isn't irritating/migraine inducing.

Me personally a channel about lost films from the early 20th century either it be lost silent films or lost golden ages films because those aren't talked about a whole lot but that's just what I want but I know not everyone wants that

I think a good horror channel wouldn't have editing that YouTubers like Nexpo do i understand why that type of editing is popular but I think it's a cheep way to scare people with that being said I think a good horror channel should have there videos be edited the same or similar way as this video is

For fuck sake. Another autist who has to put that weird emphasis on the end of his sentences. Why are almost all horror channels like this?

It’s probably been mentioned before but I can’t stand true crime channels that act overly horrified over what they’re covering, self censor too much and do their makeup while they talk. This isn’t some fun little campfire story these are real cases that happened to people. It’s why I like Dreading since he knows he’ll be demonetized and doesn’t ruin the integrity of his videos with self censorship.
Another channel like his that treats cases respectfully and doesn’t censor details is the Misery Machine. They usually cover cases of child abuse and murder.

If Breadtube and essay vids proved anything it's that there's a sizeable audience on Youtube that enjoys being condescended, talked down to and generally being treated like mouthbreathing retards.

Also remember the time she took the Cursed Images fad too seriously? Hysterical.

To be honest I've kinda gotten tired of backrooms. It quit being scary once the zoomie zoomers found the 4chan post and turned it into a more autistic version of an already autistic fandom (SCP). Literally just scp but turn it into a game guide, over explain everything, ruin the mystique, and make everything canon including a fucking ahegao monster.

The backrooms started as an interesting concept but it’s devolved into pure autism. The poolrooms was an interesting concept to me cause of the weirdcore and vaporwave aesthetics, but of course zoomers corrupt everything they touch. It’s unfortunate that so many talented indie filmmakers on YouTube are stuck making backrooms-related videos (I’m think of one kid in particular, the one who made that found footage backrooms video).
