Doxing is a KF tradition, but I've never liked it. It feels very juvenile and pathetic most of the time, like the internet equivalent of a nerd sticking his tongue out at a bully while hiding behind his mom. The person being doxed almost never even knows it happened, so it's just a way for the powerless to try and fail to feel powerful. Just look at what a fucking loser Zed was for a great example of the kind of person I'm talking about.

I make a personal exception for genuinely awful people who don't deserve to feel safe in their own homes. Not gonna name names, but there are a small number of people like this who hurt everyone they can while under the full protection of an establishment run by psychopaths. Doxing those people is a public service. Doxing DSP because hue hue le wresting game is just sad.

We've known for 20+ years how retarded it is to share any personal information online. If you choose to be an internet icon or an eceleb, you should smartly and rightly accept what's going to come your way.

We don't ban tabloids or paparazzi for chasing celebrities or making up inflammatory stories. We don't outlaw phonebooks or addressbooks for aggregating information about individuals.

We don't hunt down most doxes, a lot of it is readily available because these types are too stupid to hide it.

The stupidest part is, even if KF vanished tomorrow, it wouldn't stop psychos from swatting people. It'd just remove a place online where people inevitably discuss the news of what happened, even if in an acerbic, mocking sort of way.
I always figured they'd find some pretense to try and shut this site down eventually. The push for online censorship has moved too far in one direction. But I can't say I expected that the people trying to destroy the site would swat a fucking US Congresswoman and blame us and that people would take that at face value without questioning it in the slightest.

But I guess we're living in a "post-truth reality" now, so idk what I expected.

I hope this isn't any different from previous scares, but it does seem more grim to me for some reason.

I'll bet she does think the farms should be shut down, because she's a paranoiac who could only ever be important in the backwaters of cousin-fuck georgia. Her ranting about the site might be helpful since it'll make the idea look ridiculous.

Idk, unless I'm misunderstanding it looks like there's a lot of very dire assumptions being made here. This is a little extreme, but it doesn't look like an effective way to shut a website down, and I don't know if the actual authorities would be any more eager than anyone else to bend the knee to some false flag swatting campaign. The practice would proliferate like crazy.

This is a fear I've had for a while, knowing you would be skewered even for trying to avoid the problem by requesting another changing area. Glad my concern is mostly over the gym and other optional activities rather than work, you definitely have my sympathy.

I will say I think the focus should move away from just laughing at trannies for being ugly/crazy and be concentrated straight at their desire to groom young children. Men and women can and always will bicker amongst each other but children should be left to their innocence. It's really troubling to see these deranged people cornering vulnerable youth in sketchy chatrooms and Twitter allowing them to advertise and brag about it.

Hope the site stays afloat. Even if it turns into a honeypot it still has the ability to expose bad actors in the process.
