Ugh, MATI's gonna be questionable this week if the KiwiFarms IS the news. You'd think someone, somewhere would actually take a second and think about what's been happening. If KF is getting attacked from the left and right, it's not partisan on either. Why is the idea of an archive of watchers and shitposters so threatening to so many entities? The complaint is never that the information here is wrong, just that it's mean.

If the site stays up, what about we implement some new rules?

-No doxxing. Yes, finding people's information is trivial, but publicly sharing it rarely makes for good content and it gives crazy people like the swatter more ammo.

-No alogging. Death threats and morbid fantasies should be purged when reported. I'm not sure if this is technically a rule already but I'm pretty sure I've seen people wishing death on cows in a few different threads. It's not a good look.

One bog standard rule of the internet is once you put something on it, it's out of your control. This can't be changed. People need to learn and accept this fact instead of trying to bend the entire world to their will. The complete insanity of trying to sanction and control the internet and speech is the only reason any of this is happening. I think @Null should revamp the whole registration thing. I think stopping new registration is good to prevent new fags from shitting up the boards especially with the kind of advertising KF has been receiving recently. Maybe new fags should be able to create accounts BUT they need to lurk the farms a certain amount of time before they can start posting. I'm not tech savvy/faggy so I don't know how well this would be implemented but I'm not against new users joining the farms, I'd just like them to know the general atmosphere here should be such as encouraging archiving, discussion related to the cow, or at least some entertaining shit posts.

I don't know if anyone else suggested this on the thread as well but I might as well give my opinion now before the site suddenly stops on my end again.
