You might be able to use a bully pulpit online to get your way, but the American legal system is designed to be hilariously adversarial - thank fuck for that.

I can't wait personally for Fatty Cakes to stand before a judge and cry that Nool is a thought criminal because allowed people to mill about inside his internet social club and call him fat. And that Fatty also constantly interacted with the fatposters because that's totally what people in fear for their lives do.

Imagine the man hours required to interview every person Patrick has accused of atalking him. How many hundreds of hours worth of statements would there be from people whose only crime was making fun of dumb shit he says on twitter? It's the most ridiculous mystery ever conceived.
