We should make gender dysphoria hardline only able to be diagnosed at 16 in severe cases, and hormones, as well as any other transsexual care beyond therapy should be limited to 18 or older to make sure they actually have it and it isn't BDD or another (usually curable) underlying disorder.
Getting diagnosed should be a long, arduous process, showing severe symptoms for years and being completely unable to function should be the only way to be dx at 16, otherwise a minimum of age 18 should be the legal age. Getting a diagnosis should be paired with both multiple appointments questioning their life, youth, etc and having a medical history and multiple testimonies backing it up. This is to make sure HRT won't fuck them up worse. Informed Consent should be a banned practice and the only way to transition should be being 18+ with the diagnosis, not being nonbinary, and going to an actual endocrinologist and not a money hungry corrupt Planned Parenthood employee with a more haunted cunt than Paris Hilton.
