I’ve been following My Jazzy Life (Jasmine Dukes of Georgetown TX) for years and have considered making an OP, but am not sure if there’s enough interest in this breed of cow and I’m not sure I could make a good OP.

She’s a lot like Sammy Bushart but black, a former college athlete, and her litter of kids are real instead of imaginary. Her first four kids are by Philip Davis, who recently got out of prison for pimping underage girls. Jazz was with him when he was working girls out of motels.

The boy shows signs of autism and is becoming violent. Her infant was supposed to wear a helmet because she left him lying in the crib so much his head became flat. He is not developing normally and shows signs of multiple medical problems. She has a Yorkie that she leaves in a cage in the bathroom all day. Chris is inappropriate and rough with the kids. She’s on Texas CPS radar.

Like Sammy she has an interesting cast of supporting characters. Including another youtuber, Strongmommy Chrissy (Christina Joseph) who has 9 kids by 8 men (two kids are twins). Her twins father is Assc Direct Channel, another youtuber. She has a slutty alter ego called Starla Omega.

Another associate is Liv’s Life (Olivia Webb), a youtuber who lost custody of her three youngest kids to her ex husband. She has an infant with an aspiring rapper/convicted pedophile called Zolo Bands. Lipstick Alley has threads on all of them, but they’re in the Netfamous section so you need an account to view them.

As an artfag, filmtubers have extremely boring taste in high-brow cinema. J can’t stand YMS because his fanbase seems to hold him as an expert when he just watched Netflix-tier talking-head documentaries and boring ass French Cannes-bait and rates them 9/10 because there’s no technical errors. I saw some clip recently where he shits on older films because “the acting isn’t good” not considering that film was just more theatrical back then. This is not uncommon and is not the result of bad parenting. Babies sleep for like 20 hours a day, and for one reason or another they may end up developing flat spots.

That’s true but in this case she was dosing the baby with melatonin, he slept a lot more than most babies his age. She was knocking the older kids out with it too before CPS came on the scene.

She avoiding holding him so he was flat too long. She wouldn’t even hold him while he had a bottle, she propped him up on a pillow (a widely known SIDS and aspiration risk factor-moms are told this in the hospital).

Before this last baby, she used it to make the kids sleep when she had men from POF over.

Melatonin for kids and babies has gotten more popular over the last couple years. Kids who get enough parental interaction and are allowed to play usually don’t need supplements to sleep. Overusing melatonin is lazy parenting (and dangerous).

They claim Russia Today's Arabic channel stole content they made and put it into one of their videos. Then they went on to sue both RT as a whole and YouTube. The "logic" behind suing YouTube seems to be that because YouTube didn't take immediately down Russia Today and all of it's channels YouTube is owned by and colluding with Russia and obstructing justice (or something).

There are a few fun angles to this, notably how the court case is winding down while Business Casual's attorney keeps requesting a continuance due to...tinnitus. That's ringing and discomfort in the ears. While delaying the trial over and over due to health reasons Business Casual still managed to get out of bed long enough to make the video I posted above. Business Casual is trying to portray himself as some kind of martyr or crusader against evil, it's fucking hilarious how deluded he is.

You can't copyright public domain images, nor do the changes they made to those photos pass for the creation of a new IP through public domain works, or a transformative work. RT is perfectly within their rights to use those images, even the edited videos they made, not only under fair use context but simply because these photos are public domain.

There is a good reason why their lawyers are delaying and prolonging this lolsuit, and it's simply because they know it's an impossible, losing battle and they're scrambling for time to find precedent somewhere, anywhere, that could hope to help them. And milking the plaintiff for money.
