There's different standards of "repulsive", but I'd say this counts. This is some British "glamour" troon known for her over-sized assets, above and below. First pic is from before the latest round of implants, which are now 5,000cc (something like an NN cup). The lips are a bit smaller here than more recent pics too, and the tattoos never end. Nothing says "glamour model" like a neck tattoo.

Definitely one of those who looks much more mannish when they're moving (reddit has gifs galore). When properly posed for a shoot, they're just a dime-a-trillion Instragram plastic bimbo. The photoshop helps.

Edit: And for anyone curious as to how I even know this person exists, I get crazy commissions for photoshop work since I started posting on DeviantArt. This one client keeps sending me names of transgender pronstars he wants photoshopped to have female bits. He's like the infamous wonder bread guy, but with a different fetish. He commissions this stuff from anyone he can get to talk to him, apparently. Way more interesting than fixing wedding photos, at least.
