One of the thoughts I had during the downtime about @Lowtax was that he was, in one area, actually vindicated.

Everyone wanted him gone from SA and suggested that he was holding them back, that things would be better with him gone. He sold the site and then really made sure he wasn't coming back and SA is arguably somehow even worse than it was with him around - even after a few years.
