Yes, she's more than likely in SoCal, she was complaining about how hot her room was on her Spyro stream, SoCal is experiencing an excessive heat wave right now (NorCal isn't). As to why she continually puts up with shit working for that black company, it may be as simple as her having to help her parents maintain financial stability in the current economic situation, since it's been all but confirmed that she is still living with her parents/family, which isn't unusual in Korean culture.

Your also correct that she was likely spent a lot of her childhood and teens in Korea, she continually exhibits some very obvious language mannerisms that are specific Korean ESLs, like confusing neck for throat, since in Korean they are the same word (목 : mog)., The mix up has occurred multiple times on stream, when she sings or screams too much. There have been others but that is the one that comes to mind immediately.

Side note: I am glad we are back, I'm happy to see you degenerates. I spent some time /there/ and caught a 3 day ban from the faggot jannies on the PC payroll for posting a screen short of Erina's karaoke stream where she showed her YouTube screen and the YouTube PH was visible.

Kind of glad it was a cover and not an original song. Makes me a lot less disappointed I missed premiere.

As for the cover, favorited. Woah that was incredible. Wonderful singing (first time hearing her sing), stellar art. Terrific song with fantastic lyrics and a banging instrumental

well if she's gonna cover something I suppose it would be a league tie in song.
I'd been waiting on her to give us something since hearing her in the group ID song the other day, her singing voice is just as pleasant to listen to as her speaking voice.

Definitely some room for improvement (most noticibly in the verse portions here) but the chorus she comes through strong. some of that though might just be her struggling with English cadence through her accent. Her voice is by no means bad for singing though, looking forward to more.

Could be interesting but Rye wasn't doing that bad as an indie in numbers although I feel she was pretty niche and possibly moving away from that niche would harm her numbers for a good while. Wonder why she jumped ship. Maybe they will get a base salary.

If its her, maybe she wished to move away from the tarkov and milsim communities , which probably would have been hard to do since her entire online identity was built around those games, though i do find it hard to believe she would go to a new corpo while losing most of her fanbase, so i still hope the hololive or niji rumor is true.

I agree there is room for improvement most definitely and she would agree too. The reason I was so surprised was that she had the confidence to do it in the first place. She’s actively taking vocal lessons to improve and it shows even in the short amount of time she’s been doing them.

I’ve watched the vast majority of streams since debut and it is just astounding to me how hard she works. I respect the hell out of her for pushing to be better and caring so much about her community.
