This. A case could credibly be made that Josh's reputation has been so thoroughly trashed (justly or unjustly) that you literally can't defame him further anymore.As far as the courts are concerned it was up to Josh to file a defamation lawsuit well before it got to the point where people assume he's a pedophile who ritually murders transgendered folx.

There is also no tortious interference because cloudflare and the upstream have not breached their contract, so there is no damage. There are more nebulous corporate laws and stuff he could also use, where Josh himself is not the plaintiff, Lolcow LLC is. At a minimum lolcow llc can send Keffals a Cease and Desist telling him to stop trying to interfere in its business arrangements. It would preserve the argument for further litigation, even if Keffals is sure to ignore it.

There is hardly any Catholic v Protestant (or even Unionist v Repub.) violence anymore. I don't see his presence being a problem in Belfast, outside of a few neighborhoods. That he's from Canada means even less. Most people who care are more concerned about immigrants from, ahem, "further south".
