Eyes, nose and lips are strikingly similar.

This relative was unmistakably female in her youth, but as she’s aged into her 50s she also has noticeably masculine features. If I ran into her in the street (especially with the short haircut she’s sporting) my immediate reaction would be that she’s a guy.
