He's definitely winning this "debate" overall, but I feel he isn't as strong as he was the first 20 minutes or so. Part of it is let Nick this debate descend into one of philosophy instead of keeping it controlled by his law speak.

I also felt Nick got a bit less articulate right after he poured that second drink.
