Why is the Feds letting him run around and have access to internet devices. What if all his stuff is hosted on a cloud or some shit? He could literally access it from another device and delete everything.

Looking at this page it seems he was definitely accused of cybercrime under Canadian law. So that's why they're seizing his shit. Obviously they believe all of his hacker larping bullshit was actually real.

This is likely centered around the Epic hack, if I had to guess, given that there is photographic proof of him being on US within months of the date specified on the document. I might have the time frame a little skewed.
