Having an I.P address is only one step of evidence. Even then you don't think someone can be spoofing it, or just throw out their router or really anything else. A single DDOS attempt has up to 10 years in jail (USA) and doing it on a rotational basis with a singular source of attack increases not only the risk of getting caught, but the punishment will quickly become exponential.
It is not worth it to anyone to be so blatant as an indefinite attack in the year 2022.
That's why most trolls wait a few weeks or months in-between.
If Lucas is behind any dosing, it is costing him a fortune to do it against one website for multiple days.

I just never get their logic of "IT'S TOTALLY REVERISBLE GUYS". If you start a ten year old on puberty blockers and they stop at 18, they don't get those eight years of development back. They're never going to be what they could have been if they hadn't taken the blockers.

DOS attacks? sure, but DDOS attacks afaik as long as you're not telling on yourself you ain't gonna be able to trace it back to the source without a lot of effort(if at all?).
