The only argument against them doing the mocap themselves is "they don't have access to studio" which was only confirmed for Kiara, we don't know the situation for those living in NA. I know half a year have past but people seem to have forgotten that they all have access to studios for Holofes.

It's easy for Bae and Calli to get it out of the way early when they can actually communicate with the stars. A bit different for those who had no ability to even consider collabing with them until there were some that they shared a language with.

That being said I'm personally never going to put responsibility for retards acting like retards on the members who are just doing something benign like interacting with their coworker who happens to be a different gender. It's true that Bae and Calli dodged part of the spergout by being up front (definitely not all of it though as there are plenty of schizos out there spreading shit saying that Calli and Bae somehow corrupted others like Kronii) They still aren't responsible for the fact that the tards exist. Sounds like a waste of money to me. Lets get real here hololive don't really do a lot of 3D stuff. They usually use that for anniversary and birthday. Thats a max 20 days of 3D for EN talent out of 365 days.

I agree with this, but for clarification I'm not shifting any real blame on Kronii and Ame. They - especially Ame - were trailblazing on how the two groups should interact and for a long time were going on what they saw from a majority of what Hololive colleagues were doing and with the language barrier up (not that the language barrier stopped Mumei). My hope is future gens learn from these shitshows and make it clear that they want to collab with Stars, are open to collabs with Stars or not interested at all in collabs. The boys for their part have been super respectful so far and it isn't quite the Nijification /vt/ tards are sobbing about these days. I have a feeling once a second gen of boys show up the Hololive/Stars collabs will go back on the backburner. they'll still happen, but less frequently. It's pretty isolating for Tempus at the moment when only one can communicate with their JP counterparts.

So you think Kiara couldn't find a studio in EU, so she traveled to the US, and rather than booking a proper studio there (since they're apparently readily available for them) she instead willingly chose to go to Ame's homebrew studio with the scuff that that entailed? If they could just pop in on a studio surely she'd have chosen that when traveling right?

Beyond that with the price of studio time I don't think it's particularly a rrat or a bad arguement to say "Cover probably isn't going to spring big bucks for renting mocap studio time where Gura is for Gura, and where Ina is for Ina, for them to record a single song and be done with it. Why would they not just have someone in studio do the little dance which no ones the wiser of them doing (except maybe Ina raising an eybrow that suddenly she can actually dance a full routine and not just walk around slowly raising her arms alternately which she's suddenly learned while also moving IRL) If this were some huge event like Holofes, I could see it, if this was some major event specific for the girls, I could see it. But this was just the two of them making a cameo for a single song, just using a stand in dancer is just the logical answer here.

I'm not sure I understand this sentence. Yes I do believe that it was definitely them who performed in Holofes (definitely prerecorded though), for me to doubt that would also mean I have to dismiss many of their words as well as the feelings/emotions they have shown on stream as lies to keep up the kayfabe, both before and after the concert. As for the Ina part, yeah I got nothing, but at the same time, I don't think the movement for Umisea songs were even that vigorous.
