I don't believe we ever fully found out who his family is. I remember some talk that they might have been in Ohio but I don't think it ever got further than that. I really do enjoy how they claim Byuu had friends when he himself admitted that he had nobody.

When he brings up the fact that no proof has ever been produced, he states
Neither of these things happened for one reason or another. I've got many theories but none of them were worth investigating as it wouldn't change anything and would get me called a concern troll for KiwiFarms.

It wasn't Cloudflare, it were upstream providers with network-level DDoS protection. Cloudflare only offers application-level protection and stayed on for the duration of DDoS.

Introspection causes them mental anguish because if they practiced that they would have to come to terms with their own failures.

Agreed 100%, I only want to ask where the fuck was this investigation plan a year ago when we kept demanding any sort of evidence that wasn't "dude trust me bro."

That said, points 1 and 2 seem to just be "get USA Today write more hit pieces about the Kiwi Farms." Point 3 will not be achievable because of the very thing that discredits the entire story in the first place: Japanese privacy laws. The police will also have no records of going to Byuu's residence. Point 4 is fine but it's funny they think the US consulate will say there's going to be an ongoing investigation for over 14 months into this death that should have been an open and shut case, which would also contradict kiwis who did call the consulate and got told there was nothing.

  • Police took notice and did some investigating. He accepted and let them in, they took his harddrives, labeled them with his previous last name (not his first name, his nongendered last name).
  • Keffals prepares a press release and gets a laptop to tweet & stream with in addition to his phone.
  • Two days later, Keffals says "ON AUGUST 5TH I WOKE UP WITH A GUN POINTED AT MY FACE & WAS SWATTED". He later said in a news article he walked into his hallway and suddenly there was an officer with an assault rifle pointed at him. Anyway, this begins his grift, his press release containing his version of what happened, the warrant, and his thoughts on who did it - the dang dirty kiwis.
  • He makes a video with a green screen background saying that Joshua Moon is bad and should feel bad. Memes are made.
  • Anyway, the gofundme begins. He wants 30,000k Canuck bucks to sue the cops and relocate for he doesn't feel safe anymore. As the gofundme gets donated to super fast, the goal starts crawling up whenever it reaches 5,000 away from it's target. 35k, 40k, 45k.... all the way to 90k.
  • He finally gets his computer back after 2-3 days. Images of him walking out of the building while his mom pushes the cart the computer it's on are hilarious. He does several local news interviews and fake cries on camera.
  • Time to launch #dropkiwifarms. Thw trans community is in an uproar on kiwi farms already and the terminally online with large followings hop on since they have threads here. Lots of cow crossover from people in and out of the political sphere supporting him, from Ralph to Brianna Wu (claiming gamergate 2.0 OF COURSE).
  • Keffals spends a few days in a fancy hotel until he is doxed by his own bedsheets (easy to compare in hotels), then moves to an air bnb (which was then doxed by bedsheets again when his ubereats legitimately got hacked), then fled to Ireland (to visit a friend but dressed up as protection). This happened over a week.

Even his more reasonable trans followers get confused and tell him to calm down, he does not.
  • We're back: an autism story happens on Monday. The new Gender Crit board is created, nothing was lost, and now they have to switch from seethe to cope mode.
  • Keffals had an interview with vice on Monday apparently, then left Ireland for a different stop on his world tour and launched a shitty website. It was hyped up as the next phase to kill us, that it would REALLY destroy us, but uh, you know, it's just a website.

It's worth noting:
Keffals originally threatened to sue the police for misgendering him on purpose. He claimed officers referred to him as Lucas to his face. The police put out a statement refuting that. They said he was never misgendered to his face and that his property was only documented as evidence under his dead name as he was previously in their system under that name and for the sake of record keeping, everyone who has a name change gets filed under their records original name.
The police also stated that they have bodycam footage and audio of the call to his house and his interactions at the police station.
Despite the GoFundMe still containing an intent to pursue legal action against the police Keffals now threatens to ban people who mention suing the police to him. He also has dropped suing the police from his recent content output (Twitter and streams and stuff) entirely.
