Having dealt with journalists, they tend to be super busy and don't have the time to deep dive into every story they do. If a story comes to them, they'll jump into it without doing much beyond a cursory glance to make sure it all seems legit.
A longer form investigative piece would be interesting and, honestly, yeah, this place isn't exactly pristine, but it's a far cry from the 'driving people to suicide'/'they want to erase all trans people' narrative that's being driven.
I'm primarily on here to laugh at nontrans/nonqueer losers like Spoony, Movieblob, Lowtax, Quartering, etc. while being able to speak freely without worrying about microaggressions or whatever. I want people to be happy, people should be able to do what they want but let's not pretend that children are capable of making life changing decisions on this. We don't let them do it with drugs, we don't let them do it with sex, we don't let them do it with even tattoo's... So why would anyone let children make the decision on if they should take a chemical that castrates them?
