How to improve my art ( I do not trace my artwork.)?

People be out here giving real advice like "install tablet driver" and "stay off this site, it's no good for you" and she actively chooses to ignore this and focus on someone joking that she is related to Hitler.

Hi again! I know I said I wasn't going to be posting any art for a while (and I wasn't planning to either). But apparently Samantha is still going around copying my art???

Here's a sketch I made a few weeks back:

Nothing special really. Was practicing making more confident strokes while drawing and thought it turned out decent, so I posted it on my DA page.
(I know the lines are still shaky, and I'm still not confident enough in drawing hands. Not here looking for advice this time )

Proof of when the sketch was created:

There's no way to change properties of files in Windows 10, so you can be sure this information hasn't been tampered with.

And here's a screencap of Sam's video where she copies my art (notice the date it was uploaded):

She's clearly drawing her own picture here, I'm not trying to claim that she's tracing or anything like that. But the issue here is that she claims the outfit to be her own unique design, which is clearly not the case (as evidenced above).

I honestly don't care if somebody wants to use my dumb sketches for their own projects/art, but it makes me really sad when people like Sam claim it as their own without crediting me
It really sucks every single ounce of joy out of drawing
