Old Age Security (basically social security) gets clawed back after you earn $79,000 in income.

Support payments don't get clawed back directly on Canadian personal tax returns. But I'm sure the Welfare Agency has access to CRA's Notice of Assessments of tax returns and reduces benefits paid out.

I doubt PPP is reporting all said income on his tax return. Remember how Warski didn't even mention his taxes till after the filing deadline.
