All correct, but you're not approaching this from the correct angle (IMO).
Societies are in permanent flux. Cultures, the same. There's the biological, nature layer, and the nurture layer.
Well, we are in very deep danger, because the people that are able to make these differences you mentioned, or willing to make them, are slowly dying. Education is hard progressive and targeting DEI, not reality. Zoomers are gayer and gayer, and more detached from reality each year. The "femboys" that were groomed on keffals' catboy ranch for example, they are all on HRT, and consider blockers, HRT and SRS as normal.
So we have a huge educational and cultural apparatus in the "West" that is very, very corrupted and focused on normalizing these horrors.
Add to this:
- social media restrictions and non-stop purges of dissident thought on Ts, creating an artificial favoring of one side over the opposition
- political protections against "discrimination", sheltering of sacred cow groups; funding of NGOs that are all progressive, fines&persecution for dissidents in UK or Canada etc.
- medicine and tech advancing, which it will. You can consider the current wave of troons as experimentation material. The experiments will continue, and the results will slowly improve IMO, an opinion based on studying/working in the hospital for 20-ish years now. The advances in surgery and medicine have been constant and fast paced, which I assume it's a controversial opinion these days considering the topic and the pandemic fails, but there are bumps in every road.
This is a very toxic cocktail and a very serious danger. We cannot rely on people being "normal", because they aren't anymore. Cannot rely on states on institutions "doing the right thing" either.
We, the normal people, will expire in a few decades. All that will be left (if we fail to win this conflict) will be origami meat void enjoyers and people that have grown up with complete normalization of the abnormal and deviant.
TL;DR - it won't change by itself. It'll go to hell unless somebody puts the breaks back on and accountability happens.

When you have a cabal of rich powerful "gender fluid" men controlling the media, entertainment, governmental entities, music, etc-- women are shut out of the loop completely, gay men promote their lovers to important positions, and being a rich gay man is seen as a pinnacle of success and POWER for young and impressionable males. They overwhelmingly feel entitled to surrogates, and they often choose male children... the more and more men become gay, and the more these gay men decide to take this route, fewer female children will be born.

I might sound nuts to younger posters on here, but compared to 20 years ago, it's like everything is suddenly being taken over by the Kink PrideStapo and the Rainbow Bully Boys. They're all smiles and unctuous fake "kind" femininity, just like the Karens they claim to hate so much, and they'll throw all their female "allies" under the bus once the shit hits the fan. They cheer the erasure of women in languages-- and each major language is falling for this right now. There seems to be no limit to their entitlement when it comes to sexually exploiting and brainwashing children, either. Life since 2020 has simply confirmed this for me 1000x over.

The media push to encourage women to accept prostitution, BDSM/kink culture and surrogacy is also a push towards earlier mortality-- as prostitution, dangerous sex practices, and excessive childbirth tend to coincide with earlier mortality for women. Twenty years ago, you did NOT see mainstream news organizations pushing "sex work is WORK!" the way they do now. It was rightly seen as a dangerous practice for women, and as a last resort for employment. They must KNOW on some level that pushing these practices will increase the numbers of dead bodies stacking up...

The whole push for the gay elite bullshit-- and the sex bot/AI/transwoman culture-- will ultimately leaves us women with "no useful purpose" for the majority of men. I'm not trying to say "men are shit", it is what it is. If there is no desire to have a family with a woman, if there is no desire to have sex with a woman, than what purpose do we serve for the stronger and more powerful sex? Why would they choose to peaceably share space with us, if they have no use for us? Whenever men see no "use" for us, the deaths of women increases dramatically. History proves this time and again. All the environmentalists wringing their hands over "resources" makes me think this CULLING will happen sooner rather than later. The environment in particular WILL be used to "justify" the deaths of people, as if it's a benevolent thing to push people into death.

I support informed consent for these surgeries, for ANY surgery. People should be free to get cosmetic surgeries, vaccines, abortions, tattoos, whatever they want, as long as they understand the risks and are sane and of age.

This is a difficult one I think. Hysterectomy for no reason isnt safe, per se but like you say the risks are known. A woman being given a full hysterectomy can be counselled in what it will do to her (immediate menopause if ovaries are removed, increased risk of dementia, risks of prolapse etc, there’s a lot of stuff.) the gender surgeries are Wild West. The hormones are as well, we have some idea how bad blockers and cross sex hormones (it’s not HRT, there’s no replacement of the norm) but a lot of it we are living the experiment. Then there’s the issue of if a minor CAN consent or how much peoples ability to consent is limited by mental illness or retardation. I have input to informed consent forms as part of what I do and the language is always very specific, and age / capacity specific as well. Child informed ASSENT is given and a parental consent. If you work on those who are adults and have limited capacity (like Alzheimer’s patients) they need to verbally assent and a carer and guardian has to consent. I’d be interested to see what the ICFs for these surgeries look like amd how they will get challenged in court. They obviously want it as a get out of jail free card.
As to whether it should be allowed. Hmm. People have control over their own bodies, for sure, but the idea of a surgeon mutilating someone like this is still find immoral somehow. It’s a contradiction but maybe you should be allowed to get it but not do it iyswim?
