I'm know I'm late on this but after watching Mister Metokur's stream on this dumpster fire, he did brought up another point about homemade HRT.
A lot of minors don't know what the fuck they are doing if they're going to make their own homemade troonshine in their house because you have no idea what they fuck the end result is going to be.
If you know your history, during the Prohibition Era a lot of homebrewers would make their own spirts and other alcoholic drinks to serve in the black market and a lot of times the people that drank the homemade brew would suffer blindness and even death (because a lot of the times the speakeasy brewers didn't knew what the fuck they were doing or didn't got the memo at the U.S. Government was poisoning said ingredients on purpose to discourage homebrewing).
Does Keffals really think that everyone below the age of 18 is Walter White where they can pull off making their own HRT without any issue? What if they burn their house down or what if the ingredients they obtain are compromised and they would end up creating poison to accidently off themselves or what if what they brew will create nasty side effects that would be permanent?
Doing chemistry isn't as simple as combining two compounds in a test tube as they portray it in television, you really have to know what the fuck you're doing because otherwise you'll injure yourself or worse then.
