Some examples of the perpetual urethral problems (and cult mentality) that TIFs face in their quest to true manhood.

Op is having problems three month post op and is already in a need of a buccal graft.

Real fucking cult talk here. This girl is one year post op and already waiting for her second reconstructive surgery but it's okay because she knows that one day she'll be thankful for all this. :story:
Our fan favorite, miss d00leys, had a catheter for six months. I'm sure her straight bf liked to gently hold her pee bag in his hand when they watched netflix.

17 reconstructive surgeries since 2014 and she's waiting for the next one. Here's a post she made about it two months ago:

She's a great example of the fact that even if a troon is lucky enough to be complication free at this current moment they're probably going to get them sooner or later. She had her last reconstructive surgery 2017 (the 17th one) and was fine for five years or so before needing more surgery again.

Catheterized for eight months and still peeing herself constantly as well as dealing with the condition of "having to sit to pee" which is more commonly known as being a woman.

It's totally worth it guys!

it's honestly just sad that they believe there will be a point when these complications just stop. No. It's not going to stop. It's just going to get worse. : (

They are never going to achieve the pee stream of their dreams. There is too much scar tissue. It cannot be fixed fully. It will get worse and worse and result in severe infections and that’s dicing with death. This is what’s going to kill these poor girls, not muh transphobia but a long slow decline of infections, strictures and fistulas.
Second buccal graft
Just no

Eh, not the worst looking one I've seen. Honestly the guy's face creeps me out more so that's something. Still it just looks really off, the weird black hole at the base of it that looks like where the chopped up dick was shoved inside always creeps me the fuck out.

Those fucking Reddit comments though;

Ah yes of course, just a hole...

:story:

Could it be any more obvious the only sex these sad fucks have ever had is with a fleshlight in a best case scenario and I use best case very loosely.
Young male, healed well. Not being an obese fuck like many of these other cases helps a lot with proper healing.
Still, he'll be a patient for life. They already extracted 20K Euros from insurance. Dunno how this works in Germany, but if taxpayers are footing the bill, it's quite bad. I like socialized healthcare, but I have a rather low personal opinion on SRS being healthcare. I think that if everything else fails (i.e. non-affirming psychiatric treatment, followed by HRT if the patient is not responding well to anti-psychotics and anti-depressants etc.), and if the patient is suicidal, SRS could be considered as a last step, but only then, and only as an emergency, and that could be covered by taxpayers.
But obviously my opinion is "bad", because it results in these genderbutchers no longer having 99% of their work and a large amount of income loss. They won't give up on their next yacht or seaside mansion.
The AGP smug smile is STROOOONG with this dude tho', just noticed in the selfie. Hello Kitty BS too, transrights flags, collar, "I am so NONCONFORMING I conform to every stereotype:

LMAO

“Stop saying it’s necrosis, it’s just a scab!”
“Yeah sis, totally looks like a scab!”

TWO DAYS LATER…

“Welp I have necrosis I want to die!”
Urethral necrosis sounds like an old Jewish curse. I have no actual idea but I'm guess that you're essentially fucked when your urethra dies. Piss bag for the rest of your life I guess?

Mild power level, I guess?
I had a friend - early 30s, unexceptional health-wise - get a UTI that turned into a kidney infection that landed her in the hospital, smooching distance from going completely septic. She went from 'not feeling great' to 'trying valiantly to die' inside a week. Running around with a constant UTI seems like a really good way to test your personal theories about the afterlife.

Mary, Jesus and Joseph. It's supposed to be pink inside. Pink. That last picture looks like it was taken post-mortum.
The thing also looks fucking dry. Any guy drunk or closeted enough to stick his dick in there would have to worry about friction burns.

This is what you say to yourself when you are trying to learn a new skill, pursue a degree, train for a new job, learn a new hobby… this is NOT something you should say about having a fucking fake penis. Even if all these complications magically disappear, this wouldn’t have been worth it. That tumor attached to your body is fucking useless. All it can do in the best case scenario is fulfill your “stand to pee” fantasy. Goddd, it’s inhumane how these mentally ill people are being milked for their money with surgeries. Fucking trans activists are monsters and so are these surgeons.

Is there a statistic out there for all people who have died from post-SRS complications? Is anybody keeping track? I ask only because this woman seems like she is going to die from all of this, and she definitely isn’t the first.

They keep the lube business booming
To be fair it is two guys fucking, gay men have always been the main users of sex lube. The only difference here is that the bottom has a giant gaping wound instead of a dick.

Not that I'm aware of it and would be hard to build because autopsies will only list the proximate cause (like bleeding or infection) even if the underlying cause is surgical complications. Combine that with the extreme reluctance to criticize SRS or the quack butchers who perform it and you'd have a very hard time coming up with a best estimate from pro-trans news sites or Reddit boards too, the best you could do would probably be to watch those like a hawk and assume that "died suddenly" or "died after a brief illness" is code for "died of surgical complications". It'd only give you an extremely rough estimate and personally I would consider it a waste of time since there's just too much uncertainty on all those numbers.
