I'd point out that people who believe they need this much attention might actually have an issue with self-respect, but they'd probably call me "toxic" or whatever the phrase of the week is.

And make sure the game lets you change you change facial features, genitals, and even internal organs at will throughout the game. Since the trannies can't seem to get much success from their surgery, they can still larp their pretend-gender in-game. (Bonus points if it triggers their dysphoria.)

We have gluttony, wrath, pride.... They've definitely got lust covered. Sloth... yup, especially for the troons. Envy, also troons. Greed is only a maybe though. They might be greedy, but the sloth probably covers it up.
Nah, I'd say Greed is one their top traits. With the troons, they're always expecting free surgery whether thru government, health insurance, or e-begging. For the non-troons, it's the endless grifting and "fundraising", especially organizations.
