Yes. There are blockbots that block accounts based on:
- account followed
- accounts following
- liking OR retweeting a tweet designated by the person running the bot.

The best bet is to have a burner account. Only follow mundane harmless, mainstream stuff. You can keep private lists for convenience, as far as I know no bots can detect those. Someone please do correct me if mistaken.

Mekotur was very astute noting Keffals does not block large accounts that push back, only small accounts. I do think Keffals or his "team" is trying to compile lists to cross correlate... I doubt that will be fruitful...
