I don't think there's too many. At least, not many that I've seen. Most of them probably committed suicide after watching Gura play like my cousin used to when she was 3 years old. There were a few scene changes, and a lot of new easter eggs. Time to watch them side-by-side 30 times to find all the changes! I think they decided to do some extra stuff to throw people off the trail of just looking for that one 'problematic' scene.

Flying bread dog Sana in Titanic scene removed, Kaela and penguins standing on iceberg added. KFP blimp scene replaced with Ina destroying Atlantis. Sana rocket scene replaced with a Fauna Farm. Wide Fauna added near Bae and IRyS, who are now skateboarders in the ice cream truck scene. Passenger Friend and Ina on the side of the road added to the chase angle. New set with a lot of new easter eggs in the horse-chase scene. New post-its on the monitor, tan-line bathing suits poster added, Kronii-copter stealing the ice cream truck, and Ina just standing there.
Edit-ception: Noticed myself that Mumei has a lot of berry juice with her in the lifeboat in the Titanic scene. Found out from the comments that Kronii is wearing crocs and holding a Subway sub as she chases the ice cream truck. Fauna wearing her 'wishin I was fishin' hat on the horse with Mumei.

There we go, without going into detail on all the brand new easter eggs in the new scenes, those are all the changes that I saw in existing scenes.

As far as complete replacements, It's the KFPburg in flames and the SanaX rocket sperging out like a collisions object in Gmod. I suppose the Titanic gets a pass because you can say it's referencing the movie and not the real event.

Challenger was more recent, and I guess the Titanic movie (and the whole industry of Titanic-related shit) means that people are kinda used to that incident being used for various purposes - usually just to make money - by now.

According to Shiina, Airi is the oldest of the group and in her early 30's. Erina (black hair tiger-mommy with the deep/soft voice is the youngest). She is very comfy but as you mentioned a bit of a normie. She seems to be extremely professional in a traditional sense so she wont curse and I doubt she will ever stream drunk. She is fairly decent at games, an amazing singer. If I would compare her to a Hololive talent I would probably say she is Sora.

I'm older than Vesper and I was only vaguely aware of pagers.

Pagers were pretty fucking dumb but then again cell phones werent really a thing back then. I remember having to call the operator to have her type a message to deliver it to my dad's pager back in the day.

Also wtf is Vesper on about? Those metal pencil sharpeners that you could nail to a wall were pretty nice. Atleast the new ones were. Once the blades started getting dull you had to replace them but no one knew you could.

Regarding Ayame, I'm sure that it's the docchi-docchi song that made her popular, and after that, when she gets 3D model and thus appearing on HoloGra that made her into like, the face most hololive fans (and even the basic weebs who didnt dip their toe into the vtuber hole except of their hentais) would recognize aside of other notable ones in HoloJP. Still have no clue why she got the hate though, but the whole hiatuses do not help her one bit. Though since i'm not a nakirigumi and I only know holos from the gen that has Botan, I might be wrong with all of these.

Also, ever since that collab with one of them ex-ID Niji dude Taka Radjiman, I started to appreciate Tenma. She cute. Pippa is also growing on me too, which is also worrying.

I got to thinking it might not be only about the historical disasters but also what was going on at the time of the video's release. The KFP blimp on fire may have looked like a reference to Kiara's kitchen fire, and the exploding space shuttle scene may have looked like a reference to Sana's graduation.
